Sigh of relief when this package arrived! Had used for a long time but could no longer purchase at any store although Walgreens was the only place I’d ever seen or purchased it. This is the only nasal decongestant spray that I can use once in the morning and once at night. All others I have to use all day long and they burn my sinuses terribly! Sunifrin doesn’t burn at all and clears my breathing fast! You also get a good bit more in these bottles than the high-end popular brands. I might also mention it’s half the price! Best product for the best value! I bought 4 bottles and had no packaging issues like a few others mentioned. All my bottles were full! Sounds more like some people had an issue with the package carrier and not the product supplier!

I have seasonal allergies which causes me to get super congested and leads to me not being able to sleep at night. This product is truly amazing. I have tried everything, every single nose spray you can imagine, allergy pills, the whole 9 yards. Nothing else works except for this. I have used this nose spray for over 2 years now, and started buying it from Amazon once Walgreens decided to longer sell it. It is super fast acting, does not burn at all (like other customers said) and is extremely well priced. You will not regret purchasing this item. If you truly want help, look no further.

I tried many nasal sprays in my life, especially those of salty water: they are better than nothing but the NeilMed SinuFrin is a fully different story, it work like magic, a minute or two after application you feel the bidg difference, regardless how badly blocked your nose is.

Product works fine, jut like all the other oxymetazoline sprays but cheaper. The problem is the shrink wrap on the bottle itself. I am 40, have normal, good dexterity but it took me 10 minutes with a scissors, then sharp knife to get the shrink wrap off the bottle. The entire bottle is wrapped tight with heavy gauge wrap and there is no perforation to help get it apart. Just a miserable experience.

I've bought this product years ago and it helped clear my sinuses so well when stuffy or had that slightly runny nose problem. Happy I found this again. The product came quick and package wasn't crushed or anything. Best part, the product still clears my sinuses just as well and even my friend tried it and said it helped her stuffiness also. The only thing I didnt like about this product is how the cap pulls off a bit hard and the box doesn't show how nor was there an insert in the box explaining how to open.
