I purchased an Allett Slim leather wallet, about two years ago. It broke in beautifully, wears like iron, and held all my card, a lot of cards, two currencies, notes, and stuff. When I decided a month ago, I needed a passport wallet to cut down on juggling credentials at border and security checkpoints, I waited because I liked my Allett wallet so much. When I saw the Allett RFID Secure Slim Leather Passport Wallet I didn't hesitate. I was not disappointed. It's notably wider and taller than the other. That's not a bad thing. Since it's just broad enough to hold a US passport, like it was made for it, it's even slimmer. Yet, still slips into a hip pocket, without sticking out, tempting loss. It's tight, but in a pinch, e.g. sweatpants, it fit's in a front pocket. I've only had it a week and a half, I obviously can't comment on durability but it's already molding to fit me perfectly. I couldn't be happier. I travel, a lot, this is the perfect wallet. Cheers

I have been using Allett wallets since 2008. It's simply the best slim wallet I've tried. When I travel, I used to just put my passport in the fold and put it in my front pocket. That way I can tell it's there by feel and at the same time it's not too bulky. Now I was looking for an RFID wallet or "man purse" for travelling. I bought a passport holder type that is simply too big for the pants pocket. Then I found this passport wallet. It's a bit expensive but it's exactly what I want. The passport fits perfectly and I can put all my regular wallet contents in it too. It's still very slim and fit comfortably in my pants pocket, for a 14 hours long haul plane ride no less. Reaching for the passport was just the same as taking out my driver's license. No more digging around.

The poorest quality wallet ever for a premium price. My passport would not even fit into to slots. Leather felt like recycled cardboard . You have some nerve selling this below par garbage!

I have been using an Allett Wallet for a couple of years and have been very happy with it and when I discovered Allett makes a passport wallet, I decided I wanted to try it for my first trip to Europe. I used it as a front pocket wallet and had no issues with it for my two weeks in Europe. I had cards, passport and some cash in it, and I never felt it was uncomfortable in my front pocket but it would be just as good in the back pocket. Also Allett Wallets and the Passport Wallet are very thin when compared to a traditional wallet.

I ordered this wallet to use on a trip to China in place of the standard Allett wallet that I use and have been happy with for years. I wanted to easily keep my passport on me at all times, and I wanted the peace of mind that would come with RFID blocking. At the same time, I like nice leather wallets, not vinyl or cheap covers. This Allett wallet wins on all counts. The leather is supple and soft, right out of the box, and the size is just right. Large enough to fit a passport, plenty of cards, and cash, yet small enough to go in a back pants pocket. This is a very good wallet.

This is definitely a utilitarian wallet. I do feel like it'll hold up decently. As it is very slim and light, it doesn't look or feel particularly "premium." I assume this costs a little more than the basic options because of it's thoughtful design and the "made in California" stamp on the inside. But the design is why you would want to get this over cheaper options. Everything centimeter of the design serves a purpose, it's not bigger than it needs to be but still keeps all your important stuff secure while being comfortable to carry. Most importantly, it fits in front or back pockets for all my pants.

Not high quality.

I purchased this for an upcoming trip. The passport is a bit tight, but I suspect it will loosen over time. I can fit cash and credits, so I don't need to carry an extra wallet. Awesome!

European passport can only be inserted in the designated pocket by bending it and forcing it in, will accelarate wear and tear on document, therefore useless for my purposes. Maybe the pocket will stretch with use, but I dont have the patience to wait and see. Otherwise, nice design and finish. Disappointed at wasting so much money.... Subsequent comment: used an old passport to stretch the pocket over a few days with success, so above review was too hasty.

Overall a very decent wallet. I use it when travelling as my passport wallet. Odd (but inoffensive) plasticine smell reminds me of kindergarten. Inner currency pocket divider is a tad flimsy. Otherwise, it’s a professional quality travel wallet, and reflects its higher price.
