Can this be used in stained glass work?

I bought this for electronics. My wife makes stained glass and this would not be suitable for her work, it's too fine.

Does this work to solder small brass bar for jewellery?

I believe that you need a jewellery solder I know that silver has to be repaired with silver solder

Can this be used to create outdoor sculptures with metal?

I cant see why not if its just soldering 2 or more small light weight pieces of metal together. for anything large or heavy I'm sure welding would be the way to go.
