I bought this item to organize my kid's Lego projects (not for food service). He often has multiple sets in progress and they take up a lot of horizontal space. This will allow him to pull out a tray to work on and then put it back away when he is done. We also plan to use it for other craft projects (like model airplane sets) and puzzles in progress. When the product arrived, the box was very damaged and the rack arrived damaged but usable (dents in bottom rails and dent in one support side. The company was very good communicating with us and we decided to keep it rather than return/replace since it was 95% usable (just bottom rails too bent to hold a tray). We were offered a partial refund from the seller. I am disappointed by the SHIPPER, not the seller, who did everything to make it right.

This was super easy to assemble and didn't require brute strength. It is a pan rack and does hold pans however the pans don't slide in and out readily and we have had to end up "placing" them in instead of sliding them. The rack doesn't feel very secure on its wheels which for us is an issue because we do wheel it around and the shaking makes us a little nervous (we have glass products). For us that's a problem and if one of the wheels comes off or breaks then we risk losing a lot of product so we will look to a different manufacturer in future.

No instructions, wrong assembly parts, wrong screws. Seriously? The picture shows square cross bars and these are round bars for the across beams, theres no way to connect the rolling feet, it looks like the wrong rolling feet. Not enough screws, this it total garbage...and the box is huge. WTF

The package was banged up and had a hole in it when it was delivered. When I opened it the bottom slides of the top portion were bent and the weld was broken on one end. I needed the rack right away so I popped the weld on the other end and put it together. It is missing one shelf now.

I really loved this rack until I noticed that the aluminum is chipping off from me sliding the baking sheets in and out. I wipe the metal shavings off constantly but I am concerned that it can be a hazard for my baked goods if any chips off onto the trays... I'm very disappointed that I probably have to purchase another rack now. I'm thinking I'll go with stainless steel this time.
