Immediate benefits, not quick fixes
I'm in ongoing physical therapy for hip flexor tendonitis and periformis syndrome. My PT recommended somatic exercises and I found Hanna's book and Knight's video. Knight's video has been especially helpfuls as the lower extremity exercises are exactly what I needed for my conditions. Additionally, I am gaining flexibility which should help prevent re-injury to my hip flexor and periformis. The exercises quickly relieve acute pain, but like other physical therapy/conditioning methods, it takes time to get one's body in balance. Miraculous stuff that worked when typical PT hasn't.

A Gift!
Fabulous! I've suffered with chronic neck and back pain for years. Tried acupuncture, PT, chiropractic adjustments, massage, pain patches, even drugs.... nothing has helped as much as these yoga moves. Can't thank you enough!!!

Very high quality fabric.
This lush fabric really makes a statement in my home! It topped off my recent renovations beautifully. I recommend it. Given the opportunity, I would purchase from Decorative Things again. Their merchandise is high quality and the packaging was lovely, too! The fabric came wrapped (inside the box) in lovely tissue paper covered in xxx's and ooo's. These people care about design and presentation quality. Service was EXCELLENT! I used the fabric to cover dining room chair seats. Now I keep the chairs turned outward so that I can see (and appreciate) the beautiful fabric whenever I enter the room.

Beautiful, clean colors
Beautiful, clean colors, fabric has a nice silk sheen and tight weeve, perfect for light to medium drapes. FYI the background is an off white with a slight beige/hint of blush color.

Aesthetically appealing bookends!
Upon request from my girlfriend, I purchased these as a gift to her for her book collection.When they arrived in the mail, they were quite heavy and that was very unexpected!She loves the aesthetics of these panda bookends and they serve their function as advertised.

Low-priced screen protector that does the job...
If you have one of the 4GB, 8GB or 16GB Zunes (minis basically), then this does a good job at protecting your screen at a fraction of what some of these protectors cost. You just peel off the adhesive side (don't worry, it comes off easily), line it up and use a little care (and the included tool) to get rid of the air bubbles and you're ready to go. No muss, no fuss. I've used the larger ones for my Zune 30GB and I haven't a single complaint.

This is a great set!!! It goes slow enough that it is easily understood and challenging. I noticed a difference after the first day. Great purchase!!!!
