So pretty much these could be worn as speedos, which I think is why they have a drawstring. As such, the material is 100% swimsuit material as well, kinda like waterpolo swimmers that are mesh but the cut is like briefs.They hold my boys well, not sweaty at all. They are a bit stiff but I just put them on and went for a hike and a run and all is good actually. Hopefully they soften up after a few washes. I like the support stitching they have so my boys don’t get pulled lower and disappear at the bottom.I appreciate these are actually made in Australia, not just designed in Australia but made in China like the other guys say.

I'm surprised these aren't more popular, or maybe it hasn't picked up yet. The briefs feel good and work really well for running, and I started to wear them as everyday briefs because they feel good and are practical. I like the mesh a lot more than I thought I would, you can barely feel it. An unexpected bonus is that they never give you wedgies and they move well with you and your clothes. ANOTHER bonus is that they're excellent for traveling and washing because they barely take up any room and they can be washed and dried easily, so if you are backpacking or traveling far, you only need a few pairs of these to last for days.Update 1/18/20: +1 star. Still wear regularly. Also see they dropped a couple $Update 4/8/20: Getting another pair. For the record, I always remove the white drawstring (personal preference but I appreciate that it's an option) and there's never an issue with elasticity. WOOHOO

This is a sort of specialist under ware designed for runners. I believe they might be designed for males but could double as unisex. I bought them to see if they might work as regular under ware and they do. The work well when a breathable under ware is desired to disburse moisture. Mine are black. I like them and would buy them again. My first preference are Calvin Klein type under ware with miracle wicking fiber content. As every day under ware, with a draw string, they are a bit too complex, the reason for four stars. As specialty under ware for running and the like, they rate five stars.

…and you’ll need really small thighs. The waist was a tad too big, the pouch so small it made me look like a Ken doll, and the leg holes were way too snug for my thighs

I was skeptical as I normally wear boxer briefs, but these were actually pretty comfortable. I am was in them all day doing yard work and things outside and not once felt like they were gonna ride up. I got them to start running again, but man they weren't bad when doing other things.

Very breathable. Great for travel or long road trips in the summer.
