I seldom follow dosage instructions on bottles for over the counter meds. I trust my body to tell me. I had a chronic ear infection for years. I'd swab it with alcohol to get a little relief. It got much worse in Florida (humidity). The instructions for Natrulo is a few times a day. I put the drops in three straight nights before bed and my ears cleared up.
