Went on easy and makes the motor spin. We will see how long it lasts. I bought another one from a different manufacturer and it lasted a year and the gear broke off.

Tractor
Product was correct size etc but sold the tractor before the part came in so product was returned. No longer needed it. Return process was easy.

Received in the extended position. Worried. I would break something, but it worked.
I received this without the mounting pin and in the extended position. I was worried It would do damage to my flywheel or this . So I tried to return it. Amazon said call Seller (DB electric for help. I did they said after it starts it will retract. Still worried, I installed it and It did retract as he said it would. As for the pin I ground down the old one to fit the new drive. It worked and now I have a starter that does what it should. It starts the tractor. I checked you tube and they gave all kinds of ways to retract the drive but just installing it and starting the tractor worked fine for me. It is a PITA to install without the proper tools though.
