Initially impressed with these although would have preferred tie handles. However on second roll realised the whole roll was split so had to throw those bags away. For the price and the promise of money back guarantee (no way to contact seller for guarantee to be honoured. ) disappointed as initially things were good. Also quite difficult to open and last thing you want to do when about to pick up dog poo is lick your finger to get traction on the bag!

Was really pleased to find these, as the actual bags are meant to be biodegradable unlike the last brand I bought, which only the packaging is (although their bags are brilliant! ) However the whole of the first roll had small splits all the way down which open on use...disgusting...and obviously unusable. The second roll I found a few near the centre ok. The problem arises by how they are folded in manufacture, so the edge of the roll runs down the inside quarter of the bag once opened. If the edge of the roll is damaged so are the majority of the bags. Not nice wondering if the bag will do t.he job or not when needed. Before going out I have been opening the bag, checking it , if un-split folding it and putting it in my pocket ready for the walk. Rather defeats the object of having a neat little roll to take with you. Luckily as it's lock down I don't have much else to do with my time!!Completely unusable as the probability of having a good bag outweighs the convenience. Unfortunately I bought 450 of them...doh.

They are fine, not as good as the previous ones we had but those are now unavailable.BUT....in the first four rolls we have had three bags with splits or holes which are not immediately obvious. Spotted the first two just in time. But third time unlucky today (with an unpleasant result!) so have returned the rest for a refund.Quality control therefore not reliable and if you advertise the bags saying "Poop Bags that won't let you down.......its a given that the bag should be leak proof. " then you have to make sure that all of them are.

Whatever machinery they are using in the manufacturing process needs correcting, as the seal/cutting is off. So bags rip at seams as you try to open out the bags. About 20% of the bags rip. Have to open out each one beforehand to ensure they are fit for purpose. My previous purchase was 100%, The quality and thickness of these do not compare. Annoyingly couldn’t get the previous ones, hence tried these.

Had a box before which were great. This box lots of the rolls were torn and unusable and I had to use multiple bags each time. Not value for money. Disappointing as when the bags weren’t torn they were good.Updated - contacted seller and was offered refund and replacement box - am hoping the new box will be better quality and am impressed with the customer service so increasing rating from the previous 1 star

I've been buying these for a few years and only had about 3 that have had a hole in them (make sure you check before using). They are big and strong. Not sure if they are biodegradable and how long before they break down, but hopefully they are as that's the main reason I buy them. They are the cheapest I've seen (so far). Overall I'm very happy.

Big bags, much better than the thin black ones, which without going into detail are not up to the job of my huge lab and his business! These are simple to use being on the roll and thick enough. Don’t disguise the smell but unless you buy scented I don’t think any bags do! This is the only brand I buy now as I find the bulk packs good value too. I don’t know if they do biodegrade easily as they are binned well before they get a chance to do this.

Good sturdy bags, I've been through one box of 450 and now ordered a second as they've never leaked or torn, always been easy to dispense from the roll, nice bright colour so I can spot them when I'm scrabbling around in the car trying to find them, and the big box means I can have them everywhere! You get a free dispenser in each box too, so they are always useful to have.They 100% do the job - all you can for from a plastic bag and I'll continue to use these for as long as they are available.
