I love this product. I was buying the weaker tabs in this same brand & loved them but always felt I needed an extra when I was having lots of dairy at one time:) so now I just take one. I ordered some other ones to try & each tab was individually packaged:( another darn package to try & open🙈 I like to put the tabs in a very easy to carry little container that fits on my key chains. It’s with me all the time. Just in case I pull over for a treat👍🏼

I have been using this product for several years and would recommend it for people like me who are lactose intolerant. It's not chewable and the tablets aren't small. But if you don't mind swallowing larger pills, no problem. I was very pleased with the price on this order. It was the lowest ever. Thank you, Amazon!

Work great,have to take one everytime I eat or drink anything with dairy, otherwise I bloat and get an upset stomach.

This product works. My complaint is that once you get towards finishing the end of the bottle you will have a lot of powder from the pills. It can be annoying when getting the pills out, but also the powder is there because it shedded off pills. So, it is possible that the pills...or at least some of them..."may" not work as well sometimes than others. Other than that, it is good. I started buying these because Sam's Club haven't been in stock with their pill in months. It is back in stock so that will be where I get it because of price and because they individually wrap them. I will finish this bottle and I have a spare for emergencies.

This brand of lactose relief does not have artificial sweeteners which causes for me the same problems for which I am seeking relief. So far I think it is going to help!

This is my first attempt to relieve lactose intolerance to milk products, primarily with breakfast cereal, without giving it up. The pills: I ended up needing two vs one to start with as recommended. The pills are about the size of an aspirin but are not coated so to me they were difficult to swallow right before your first bite of cereal and milk. They seemed to help alleviate the bloating, but not eliminate it, and the pent up gas in my gut that wants out later in the day has not gone away. You have to take the pills whole; otherwise I'd bite into them with my first spoonful of cereal and even increase the number to three to see if that made any difference.

I take 2 for anything with milk in, 1 tablet if its only a really small amount, and sometimes 3 if ive had a ton of milk (like an easter egg haha) super recommend to my other intolerant girls out there

For years, I ate an absurd ammount of cheese. For years, I was afraid to bring up that I had constant issues with my stomach and I never put 2 and 2 together for the longest time. I gave dropping dairy a try, and hey, it ended up being the answer. I tried to have vegan stuff, and I will NEVER make that mistake again. Just, everything's consistantsy was awful or it tasted like wet cardboard. Lactose free versions of milk and cheese worked perfectly fine for me, but they're usually overpriced or not in stock where I live. So, I finally took a close friend's advice to go ahead and try lactase tablets. And my God, I was able to have a whole pizza, cheese and all. The absolute most I had was a SLIGHT weird feeling in my stomach. Not an hour in the bathroom regretting my choices, just being able to go through my day after that normally. I'm finally able to eat what I used to, though I may tone it down abit since I did lose a nice bit of weight when I cut dairy from my diet.

If I was to hav any sort of dairy this includes products wiv milk or lactose any derivative really depending on the quantity etc I would hav varied symptoms from gurgling tummy wind to flat out crippling cramps but taking between 1 and 2 tablets prior to a meal or treat definitely has the required effect I may still get a gurgling tummy but once the dairy products hav bin broken down I hav no other symptoms so worx for me
