Exploring Worship: Workbook and Discussion Guide Paperback – January 1, 1988

I purchased this book over 20 years ago. I read the old version. One of the sisters in our church wanted us to read it, so I am reading it again. I love this book. It tells you how to really get into the presence of God and just praise Him. There are so many different ways of praising God. This book brings out and makes it just a little clearer to help you in your walk with God. Good read.

This was a good product for the dedicated worshiper. You must have a real desire to want to perfect the "craft" of worship to stay interested in the multiple exercises. Personally, did not necessarily like the idea of "homework", BUT...having spent numbers of hours and THOUSANDS of dollars toward educating myself for the secular, professional world, I definitely see the value and need in investing my time and energy into something much more meaningful to me.

I have used this book in the past, and have found it to be the most comprehensive book/workbook/discussion guide for serious learners with a call to lead worship.

This book along with the main text are the best written discussion of modern Praise & Worship. Every church should offer this as a small group course.

Our church worship team (which I am leading), is studying this! Many of the people are reading and understanding what the scriptures were saying about praise and worship!I recommend this book for everyone, that wants to learn and grow in knowledge!

This work book is an excellent companion to the text book of the same title by Bob Sorge. The questions are thought provoking and useful for the worshiper and worship leader alike.A long wait from my order being placed to it being delivered!
