Shinhwa continues to bring us great music even after all these years. 'Classic' is aptly named. Great songs, great beats...there is a reason everyone looks up to these guys.

Both this along with Return and love both CD very much. Shinwha's harmony is what got to me first. Love the energy of this group.

Shinhwa music SHINES in my heart. This CD plays beautifully. Their song THIS LOVE is my love. I play it over and over and over!

'The Classic' is a strong follow-up to Shinhwa's preceding album, The Return. There are many similarities between the two. Each album contains a diverse mix of musical styles with upbeat tempos, catchy lyrics and vocal harmonization that plays to each member's strengths. Lee Minwoo once again penned lyrics for a number of the songs, and the lead track, 'This Love', comes from Andrew Jackson who wrote 'Love Venus'.In first listening to the album, 'New Me' seemed to be a bit of a dud. However, it grows on you with time. Outside of 'This Love', it is hard to select any other favorites. I really like them all.I definitely recommend this album to Shinhwa fans. You will fall in love with Eric, Dongwan, Hyesung, Junjin, Minwoo and Andy all over again. However, for those not familiar with Shinhwa, it might be best to start with their other album, The Return. It is slightly better which is likely due to the fact they had more time to pull it together.Hope you enjoy this album as much as I do.
