Fantastic pan
Works incredibly well. The non-stick surface really works. This thing is well balanced and super easy to clean. A great pan from a brand I always trust.

Perfect Oxo no stick skillet
This 10.5 in Oxo skillet is the perfect size for up to 4 to 5 egg omelettes. It was exactly what I’m looking for. It was perfect for the inaugural batch of.Challah french toast. The nonstick surface worked well and it cleaned up beautifully. Most significantly I bought it because it is PFSA free.

Very nice pan
Great pan. Easy cleanup. Heats evenly and quickly. Non-stick surface is very good. Very pleased with this pan.

I’m luv’n it !
It actually works as a non-stick and heat distribution is great! I’m comparing it to my other favorite pan which unfortunately has a hot spot in the middle. Now pay careful attention to the care instructions! This pan does seem to have some type of coating on it so you can just use abrasive scrubs and metal utensils on it , that is probably why other reviewers are leave bad reviews saying the coating is damaged or the pan sticks . I’m definitely purchasing the 12” next time .

Not too shabby
After using this pan for about six months, I can give my opinion. The durability seems to be as advertised, a very tough surface indeed. Holds heat fairly well for an inexpensive pan. My only criticism would be the lack of its non-stick capabilities. I't not all that bad and allows for easy clean up, but it's only a kinda non-stick pan. I can live with it, though. I think there's a compromise: you can get durability or non-stick, but not both, with our current technologies. As far as the surface being safe, who knows? I hope for the best.

Great pan, good price.
I really like this pan. I currently own the 8, 10 and 12" OXO frying pan and am happy with them all. This is my second 10" pan. The first lasted about a year before losing its non-stick. That actually sounds bad, but the pan was used all the time. My son eats 5 small meals a day and this pan might be used 2 or 3 times a day. He has a tendency to cook with higher heat than needed and he uses cooking spray like its going out of style. When I received this new pan, I noticed it had a sticker declaring not to use cooking spray and not to use high heat. I do not remember the first one having that sticker, but figured that was what killed the pan. Anyway, the non-stick on this is great. I have been cooking for 40+ years and have used many different brands of frying pans, from cheap Walmart brand to Calphalon and the Oxo is definitely my favorite. In terms of cost, they are in the middle of the pack, but they perform better than the much more expensive Calphalon pans that I have owned. Build quality is top notch. The pans are light, even the 12" pan, which is a huge bonus for my wife. I would most likely use Cast Iron for all my frying pan needs if they weren't so heavy. My wife won't touch them. My son recently bought a ridiculously overprice Made In stainless steel pan. It cost 2.5 times more than the Oxo and he still uses my Oxo more than his Made In. Generally, I can use a paper towel to clean these pans of debris. the Made In, no chance. That thing is a pain in the butt to clean. Don't believe the hype with pans like Made In or Hexclad. I have used Oxo brand utensils for years and have been happy with them. I didn't know the pans existed because none of my local stores sell them. I found out about them from America's Test Kitchen. They were their best pick. Project Farm also did a review of frying pans and rated the Oxo a very close second to the winner. Where has Hexclad? Below the Oxo, but more than 3 times the price. I don't think I'll buy anything but Oxo frying pans from now on.

3 months and it's gone
You should know this before you buy this pan. It has radically changed in the last few years. My first experience with this pan was really good. It was clearly incredibly made. Nothing used to stick to it and it never scratched. I wasn't particularly knowledgeable about pans so I didn't care much for it, used it on high heat and cleaned it with the rough side of the sponge. But it still lasted 3 years without sticking. So I came back and bought it recently, and decided to treat it better. Low heat, used oil, never harsh scrubbing. But to my surprise, and only within 3 months of use, food sticks in the worst way. I can't properly make an omelet or use it for anything. The worst part is that since Amazon's return window has passed, I contacted the manufacturer directly. But they demanded all kinds of proof that the product is visibly defective. I can't show a defect since the product "looks" fine. It just doesn't function. It's a non-stick pan that..sticks. So this is my response, throwing it out there for those who are about to pay twice as much as this pan cost 2 years ago to get a useless product. It's really unfortunate how greed has destroyed what had been a great product. OXO, it would have cost you nothing to properly handle my ticket. I hope you don't see another dime from selling this junk.

Doesn't Last Long
I bought this Nov 2021 and I really loved it then , by Jan 2023 it lost the nonstick coating with careful but everyday use. Everything sticks to it now

Great in the beginning however it doesn't seem to last.
Although OXO are known for quality kitchen utensils, unfortunately the same can't be said for their skillets and cookware. Similar to many others who've had the pan for a year or two, the non stick coating will peel, it did for me. The advertising leads you to believe it has an anodized coating however that's found on the pans outer body. Unfortunately, I won't be buying another OXO pan.

Really good but not induction compatible
I've used this pan for a year with a gas hob and it was excellent. Great size and the non stick works really well. I've just moved to an induction hob though and it doesn't work at all even though it says it should in the description.

Amazing pan
Best pan you will buy. I got the smaller size as well, no regrets.
