Yellow Dragon Fruit - Dragon Fruit Plant - Selenicereus 'Yellow Dragon'

Arrived safely, on time, & well-packed! The dragon fruit plant is small but healthy! I prefer to buy the cutting instead of rooting in the future because it doesn't take long to root. I am happy with the purchase because the yellow dragon plant is self-fertile per the article I read.

I’ve been waiting for this cactus to grow for two years now, it’s grown one foot and a half since I got it back in 2022. It has not flowered or fruited. When I purchased this item it said it was a cutting but it might have been done from seed instead ( as this is the only logical explanation for the delay) all the other dragonfruit cuttings I got from the same time frame have flowered and fruited at least once.

Purchased this plant 2 years ago and the fruit just started blooming. As advertised, I believed I was getting a yellow dragonfruit plant. Well, the fruit is actually dark pink, not white on the inside like yellow dragon fruits should be. I’m disappointed

Good size, packaged carefully, healthy looking, and arrived in a timely manner.

Very happy with my plant. It was packed very well and seemed no worse for wear even though it was in the postal system for 7 days and they left it in my mailbox out in the southern Florida heat. Repotted it right away. The pictures are of it as it came out for the box and in its new home for a few weeks (very diffused light outdoors).

Well… I wanted yellow dragon fruit to grow with the rest of the fruits I’m growing. This item was the ONLY one that showed up in bad condition. Glad there were a few. Wait… They both looked bad. Followed the directions and babied (to no surprise) they were the only thing that didn’t make it out of the 24 plants. One of the plants looked diseased. I’ll find a different place to get yellow dragon fruit from.

I ordered 2 plants both came in a very well secure box, the plants were very healthy and no sign of stress. I am taking time to acclimatize before planting, hopefully in the next 2 months. I am so happy with this seller I ordered one more plant last night (FEB 1, 2022) THANKS

I bought one cutling first just to see the quality and how big it would be. The first purchase was amazing, Plant was big alive and healthy. And after a little bit, I purchased another two. Now these ones looked tortured. They were super small and looked as if they were dying. I've been waiting to write this mostly because I’ve been in hopes that they would revive, when I repot them and get them to a healthy state. Sadly that is not what happened. Shortly couple days after repotting and keeping them in good amount of sun I have come to the realization that they have passed. so in conclusion, if you believe you are lucky enough to get a healthy plant by all means take the shot I sadly wasn’t lucky out of 3 tries.
