Fisher-Price GHR16 Linkimals Happy Shapes Hedgehog, Interactive Baby Toy with Lights and Sounds

The media could not be loaded.  The hedgehog got the thumbs up from my nearly 1 year old. The only bad point was when I tried to turn it on it wouldn’t work, took off the battery casing and the batteries had leaked all over the inside and the casing. Had to clean the whole casing and hope that it didn’t damage the battery compartment, thankfully after having cotton buds in every part of the batteries I got it cleaned. Other than that the toy is amazing

I bought this for my 1 year olds first birthday. She has two twin brothers aged 2.5 and this toy has caused lots of arguments and opportunities for sharing! Not ideal for harmonious sibling relationships but a very motivating fun toy 🤣

We now have 3 linkimals and I’m still not sure how I feel about them. The fact that they talk and interact with each other is very cute and they are ‘sturdy’ but this isn’t necessarily great for a toddler is it?! They get dragged, they get bashed, the paint is chipping off and I do worry my little one will some how crack a floor tile or his own head at this rate. Maybe we shouldn’t keep them on a shelf, off the floor?! But I can’t stand toys all over the floor so maybe that’s my problem. They’re fun, they’re daft, I guess some could see them as ‘educational’ but my little lads not interested in that and I guess by the time he is he will have moved onto other toys. For 5 minutes peace they’re worth it

Baught this for my sons first birthday, he has the moose and sloth too and this one was another hit. He loves the flashing lights and music, great addition that it can be pulled along. Only down side is it seems quieter on its loudest setting than the other linkimals so can be drowned out in noise from the others. They usually sync up quite well and work it different rooms.

The product was a Christmas gift for my 18 month granddaughter. The product arrived within the estimated time and was well packaged. The fisher price interactive toy kept my dranddaughter amused and I could see she enjoyed playing with it. It is a robust toy, built to last many years.

So price was amazing! But we've English linkimals and this won't link with them due to it being USA English...... Which I thought very daft, but hey! So we've bought daughter a USA English otter so it has something to link with, otherwise the hedgehog on its own did not entertain my daughter like sloth and penguin does

It is exactly what I was looking for. A toy that can be carried by a baby who started walking recently. Now she just holds the thread and walks from one end to the other and back with the toy. The sounds are also pleasant and there are several options. I would recommend buying this.
