iKristin Back Neck Massager, Shiatsu Rolling Massage Pillow with Heat

This massager is the best thing ive ever bought, I usually go for deep tissue massages for my neck and shoulders as I have alot of tightness, I get a lot of headaches because of this , this massager does the exact same job without the expense , cannot recommend highly enough, the choice to add the heat function is lovely and relaxing as well. Well worth the money.

I picked up this massage pillow as someone that frequently gets tension headaches and DOMS from exercise. I didn’t have high hopes but I’m actually really impressed! This massager is quiet, easy to use and provides a good amount of heat. The motors are pretty strong and don’t seem to be bothered by the weight of someone leaning against it or laying a limb on it. There are 3 ‘modes’, two directional modes that apply heat but bot of these modes automatically switch rotation direction every 60 seconds. There are also 3 speeds setting and all modes can use all 3 speeds. The ‘balls’ that do the massaging are a good distance apart which means your neck, arm, leg or back can fit on the device comfortably. There are two things I would have liked to be different. The first one is regarding modes, I would like to to see modes for each direction that don’t automatically change after 60 seconds. This is in place for realism but I have found some bits get a lot of relief in one direction and none in the other. The second thing I would change it the ams that hold the massage balls. Each motor has two hard but the stick out to different distances. The problem here is that every rotation, you get one arm that barely touches you and one that sticks out a lot further. It can be difficult to find a comfortable balance between the two. All in all, I would recommend this product as it has come described, worked well under testing and any cons are of personal preferences and not defects of the product itself. P.s, the video does not do the sound any justice. I can assure you it is not a noisy device.

I’ve been having some real issues with my neck and shoulders from working at a desk all day, so I decided to give this iKristin Back Neck Massager a go. At under £30, it’s a lot cheaper than a professional massage, so I thought it was worth a shot. The massage itself feels pretty good. The 4 deep kneading nodes do a decent job of getting into the knots in my shoulders and the 3 adjustable speeds are a nice feature. It says it mimics a real-hand massage and while it’s not quite that good, it does a pretty decent job. The heat function is a real bonus, as it helps to relax the muscles and makes the whole experience more comfortable. It's also good that it has a safety feature that makes it shut down after 15 minutes, so you don't overuse it. It's a really handy size, and the fact that it comes with a car adapter is brilliant. I can use it on my commute, or just on the sofa at home. The adjustable strap on the back makes it easy to attach to a chair or car seat, which is a nice touch. The faux leather material is soft and seems easy to clean. I've had a few similar products before, including handheld wands. This pillow-style massager is so much better because it leaves your hands free. The main drawback is that it’s quite small. If you're a bigger person, or if you need to reach a large area of your back, it might not be the most effective as it only focuses on a small area at a time. It also needs to be plugged in to work, so it's not a truly wireless or portable solution. All in all, for the price and convenience, it's a great little gadget. It’s not a replacement for a professional, but it certainly helps with daily aches and pains.

Really great product. Works so well

I don't usually leave reviews under products, but I think it's important for me to leave a review for this one. I've only used this about twice, mainly on my lower back as I'm a student who spends most of her time sitting around in uncomfortable chairs. After the very first use (probably around 2 cycles), I noticed my back was incredibly tender over the spots it had focused on. I'm talking 10/10 level of pain if my clothes even touched the area, and I wasn't able to get much sleep at all. I'm a little hesitant to keep using this product, as I haven't got a clue what could have happened. For reference, I am quite a slim person. The bones of my spine are very visible, so perhaps this is why I've encountered this problem. I just wanted to warn other people like me to be careful. It's a shame because this product seemed promising otherwise. Had to change this review as I am now issuing a refund. It stopped working after a few days. Very disappointing

Bought this as I have a problem with my neck which results in the muscles in my shoulders, neck and back becoming really tight and painful and actually elevating the left shoulder, it’s really helped, I only use it on the first setting with the heat and it gets right into the muscles helping them to relax. It has a Velcro strap so you can fasten it round a chair but I’ve found it easier to use in a high backed armchair, I also secure the Velcro round the front when doing my neck and this stops it slipping down. It works off the mains but does also have a cable to use it in the car, obviously not when driving, very portable with a decent length lead and light weight. It does stop if you lean back too hard on it so that’s something to be aware of but if you lean forward a bit then it starts up again, I might try putting a cushion underneath it when doing shoulder blades. It’s very good value as you’d pay £30 for 1 massage and with its year guarantee, if it only lasts that long then I will more than recoup the cost. Really pleased with it and going to take it over for my dad to try and see if he wants one too.

I bought it from Amazon Sweden but the it has the UK type plug, not EU type

Device lasted 2 months (one month warranty), based on my experience it is cheaply made splitting and falling apart after using it on my necks three times a week. Disappointing Amazon list such a poorly made device

Very disappointed with quality and use - not as expected as advertised. I returned and purchased a handheld massage gun. Sellers interaction was atrocious - stay away from this seller!
