Very effective
I self diagnosed myself with Rosacea & decided to give this a go. I am very impressed. I've been using it for a month now but it did make a difference straight away. Redness is significantly reduced and the tight unpleasant feeling is completly gone. I would highly recommend this cream.

It helps a bit with the rosacea, but doesn't keep my skin clear of it, I still get breakouts, I've used a better cream, but it was worth a try

Didn't work for me. Hate to give some thing a bad review but it seems to make my face more red not less. Bit like the red on the packaging. Very RED. As a result it was poor value for money and i won't be buying again as the only reason I bought it was to reduce the redness.

Surprisingly effective, and goes a long way. I now put this on immediately after my shower. My face has cleared up a lot and no longer looks and feels thin and raw. I still get spots, but fewer and easier to deal with.

This product is amazing, I have had rosacea for years even had later treatment as have used expensive perscrition medication plus clinique redness solutions, which is very expensive so I would use it more sparingly than I should until I came across this product on Amazon, Graham's rosacea cream, while looking to replace my clinique. I'm so very glad I did, this product is so lovely. It calms the angry redness it's soothing and my skin feels so nourished. Can't recommend highly enough, I'll be sticking with it

No help for rosacea
Not useful for people with rosacea. Did not help at all. Rip off.

Non irritating and absorbable moisturiser
Quite moisturising, but dermatologist suggested finding a moisturiser with B5 for a better skin barrier. Does not normally irritate or cause unwanted break outs. Elderly relatives also use this cream and very happy with it. Does not leave a greasy residue which makes it completely comfortable to apply.
