According to description:product should weight more,suppose to be metal,color suppose to be gray,according to picture ,it is flimsy , returning process confusing.cost outrages compare to similar products.Z

I was expected there is some kind of rubber gasket , that rubber gasket can seals canopy to the wall surface and prevents water seepage. But there is no such parts come with the product, the wall is not straight and level, there is big gap along the Canopy with the exterior wall. I have to rush to Home Depot to buy some rubber filler which is not quite fit. disappointed.

Overall a good product. A little trick, when installing the connectors to the the sheets spray them first with silicone spray.

Bad quality

Come on Amazon what is going on? False advertising, price gouging, trickery!

I have to return it won’t work for me.

The product works and looks great.However the down curve is abit to low that when opening the storm door the top corner of the door rubs on the under part of the awning pushing int up. Therefore I had to cut a 2x4 board to a length of 10 inches then cut that in a diagonal in order to make 2 wedges. I then placed them under the mount brackets in order to get the proper lift to bring the front up enough so that when opening the storm door that it no longer rugs underneath. Maybe they should look into this and possibly include some sort of wedges in order to raise the front up enough to resolve this issue for those of us that have storm doors.. If I didnt have a strorm door then there would not have been an issue at all. Thankyou.
