Hi, the outer diameter of this housing is 89mm, it fits standard 10" length x 2.5" OD filter cartridges.

In ideal conditions, filter new, how many gallons per minute is the output.

The max flow rate is 7 gallons per minute. Based upon a 25 micron wound cartridge at 2PSI clean and a viscosity of 1cps. Flow rates are guidelines only. Actual flow rate are based upon fluid, viscosity, cartridge type, micron ratings and other factors.
