If you're getting just 100% of the recommended dietary allowance of certain vitamins, you're doing little for your real nutrition. I mean, I'm not a nutritionist, but I heard somebody say that one time, so it must be true. These well exceed 100% of the RDA from the FDA, MTV, CIA, A-Team, FBI and WGN. There are a bunch of pills in each package. Delivery was quick, there was a bunch of crap written on the box that made me think these were good pills. My pee turned bright yellow, so they must have more than the 100% RDA I mentioned above. If nothing else, your pee will be bright yellow, which is very impressive and almost magic. "Magic" was not part of the description, but it's a serious benefit. You're also able to crack open the pouch of vitamins, put them in your hand (they will fill your hand) and show them to somebody nearby and say "watch this" before you pop them in your mouth. Chuck them all in your mouth at once and swallow them like a boss. Swallow them without a chaser for even greater impact and gratification. If you're a dude, you can claim the pills pump you up "like Popeye," asserting they will provide similar nutrition as spinach (as spinach is an ingredient). If you're female, popping them in your mouth will make you look awesome, especially if you swallow them with a giant gulp of water, a huge "AHHHHH" sound after (maybe a burp) and uttering words like "that's yuuuuuge." One serious item of note: there is 160mg of caffeine noted on the box. That's the equivalent of gulping (possibly burping after) a 16 ounce Rockstar energy drink (or two Red Bulls). If you don't want the caffeine, skip the green pill. In all, these vitamins are terrific. Believe me. Whether this was helpful or not, please push the "helpful" button. When I take these during the day, I don't say I'm all charged up, but I do know that I feel terrific for most of the day.

I've, totally enjoyed these Vitamin packet's, they give me the Boost I need. Especially, the Cold & Flu season, with the whole house down with a Cold. It has been Doubly nice. Thank God, for these Vitamins.

Been using these vitamins for years with much success .... if I take one packet a day, I do not get a cold or the flu ... I used to be an over-the-road truck driver ... discovered this one time while on a long trip. You are not allowed to call-in sick on this job ... was very glad to discover these vitamins, cuz if I took some at lunch time, by dinner time I was feeling improved ... thus no need to become ill while on the job ....

These vitamins work really well and leave me feeling like a million bucks.

Bought these for my other half. She really feels the energy difference when taking every day. It took about two weeks to really start to feel the full effect. She wants to continue taking them.
