A great cat litter
It's cat litter, so like, it's really not going to change your life... but yeah, it's 5-star cat litter. For me, the best features are: - Excellent clumping - Acceptable scent (it's not really "good", but not bad either) - Minimal dust - Lasts a long time 1) Clumping - This is the best part. It makes a really nice, easy to pick up clump exactly in the spot they peed. No crumbling clumps, no scraping 'sludge' and bits off the bottom!! Though it does stop clumping as well if they keep 'going' in the same spot. But weirdly, I'm totally fine to clean the box more often, since I don't have to spend a lot of time scraping and shaking. It's a faster clean-up for sure. 2) Odor - The smell of the litter is fine for me (I literally mean the smell of the litter itself, not the associated cat waste). I wouldn't say that I find it pleasant, but it's very minimal and natural-smelling, and doesn't smell like chemicals or perfume like some other cat litters. It doesn't totally "mask" the cat waste smell, but it doesn't make it worse either, so I'm very fine with that. This is a cat toilet we're talking about. 3) Texture - There is very minimal dust. I only noticed when pouring, there is a little bit of fine powder. I don't notice really any dust when cleaning out the box. The 'grains' do stick to their paws, so they do leave a little bit of mess around the box, even with one of those mats to catch the excess litter. But I have never found a perfect solution for that. 4) Durability - One big bag (the 20-30lbs) lasts me a couple of months for my 2 cats, depending on how often I change the litter. My cats are really not really picky though. I have 2 boxes for 2 cats. I clean the waste out every few days, and top up with new litter as needed, only replacing all the litter when it seems like the old litter isn't clumping as well (maybe every few weeks or so?) Yeah, it's not exactly cheap -- but so far it's cheaper on Amazon than in the store, and extremely handy to have it delivered it right to your front door. Overall, 5/5, and until I find something better, I will keep buying this stuff :)

Naturally Good and Incredibly Superior!
I am fostering five kittens. I practically scoop as soon as one of the sweeties leaves the box. Using litter that is safe for the kittens, me, my home, and the environment is very important to me. I love that World's Best is natural (corn litter), is nearly dust-free (so important for the kitties' lungs and my own), and is environmentally friendly. It clumps urine well, coats poo well so that it is not tracked about if kitty steps on it, and controls litter box odor like a champ! The only thing that I don't like about World's Best is the expense! I now have 2 large litter boxes to fill up with 3" of litter each, as well as to replentish as I remove the clumped litter (I use pine litter in one large box which I also like using and find works well, but the kitties definitely prefer a litter that is softer on their soft and sensitive little paws -- such as World's Best). I have experimented with some of the comparable corn, and walnut shell litters and there is NO comparison in quality. While the other corn and walnut shell litters may also be soft, and natural, and cost slightly less up front, they are VERY dusty, and some smell unbearably overly fragranced (so much so that I dumped one brand in just a matter of hours). So, you'd end up paying more for the bargain natural litters anyway when you consider that you'll be throwing it out immediately after use or very soon thereafter. None of the other natural litters I tried clumped well and were completely inferior to World's Best. The clay litter that is soft on kitties paws like World's Best is also incomparable as it is not good for the environment or lungs, can be quite dusty, and is usually overly-fragranced (and if it is not overly-fragranced the litter box odor even when scooped continuously is absolutely atrocious). World's Best is the best! It has an extremely subtle scent while managing all box odors, clumps very well, and is nearly dust free!!! It lasts longer than what would be expected even with multiple cats. With World's Best Cat Litter, you get what you pay for. Well done World's Best! You're truly the best!

Quite possible the world's best
Having used a wide variety of cat litters for 20 years, I really do have to agree that this is perhaps the world's best cat litter. I've used traditional clay clumping litters - from Tidy Cat to Arm & Hammer. I've used the traditional heavy clumping litters to the lightweight ones. I've used the pine pellets and the white crystals. There is nothing terrible about any of those options really, because ultimately, you get the one your cat(s) will use, won't stink up your place, and is relatively easy to clean up. If your situation is similar to mine, you'll agree that this brand is the best for you. I've found World's Best to be superior for five reasons. 1) Virtually dust free. As it claims, this litter is not dusty at all. When I poured the first bag, I noticed right away. Usually, I'm having to look away from the outpouring of dust from clay litters, but the minute traces of dust that may arise from the corn formula was barely noticeable. This isn't just great for me (little to no dust wafting around in my bathroom every day) but great for my cat too. My cat is sensitive to dust so he has a tendency to sneeze around dusty furniture and after he goes in his litter box. He has not sneezed around his litter box since I switched to World's Best. 2) Environmentally friendly. I feel good that this litter is biodegradable. That was one of the reasons I switched to the pine pellets a while back. They were fine, but I know not all cats like the feel of the pellets under their paws when going. 3) Safe for cat. My cat used to get little grains of the clay litter in his paw after going. He would lick and chew out the grains, inadvertently swallowing some, I'm sure. I'm not comfortable with this. Something that clumps like that shouldn't be in a living being's stomach. World's Best doesn't stick to my cat's paws. And even if it does, it's corn. It's unlikely to harm him. 4) Smells good (to me). I know there have been complains from other reviewers about the smell of this litter, but I don't mind it at all. In fact, I prefer it. I've found most litters overly scented to the point of being perfume-like. It overtakes my bedroom, not just the bathroom, which is saying a lot since both areas are a decent size. If it's that strong, I'm sure it's overpowering to my cat. I've tried both World's Best Lavender scented one and the regular unscented one. They both smell fine to me. It may initially smell a bit woodsy, but I noticed that after a day, there was really no smell at all. It simply smelled like I had no cat. World's Best also manages to completely decimate my cat's urine smell! It's pretty amazing. While you may initially notice poop smells the minute it's happening, if you let it remain buried in World's Best litter, I notice that it eradicates the poop smell too. Incredible. 5) Less clean up. This one is pretty inexplicable, because the texture of World's Best appears very similar to clay clumping litters. However, I've had less litter tracking since switching over. There is, of course, some litter, but the amount is about 70% less than when I used clay litter. Clean up daily is a breeze. I don't know how it's possible, but that is my experience.

It Literally Is the Best Cat Litter in the World
In my opinion, it really is the best cat litter in the world. We've had multiple cats for decades. We used clumping cat litter. Like many others, we use a medium to large storage tub (~ 40 to 60 quart) as a litter box, as our large cat was tall enough to pee over the side of the largest available litter boxes. Our cats pee a lot (the big one and a smaller one with kidney problems) and always pee on the side of the box, usually in the corner or right by the corner. With the normal clay clumping litter, we daily ended up with one or more brick sized clumps that were glued to the side, and sometimes bottom, of the litter box. Scraping it off was not easy and when we did, the lump broke apart, causing **many** mini litter clumps that were small enough to slip through the slots in the litter scoop. We tried numerous brands of scoops and even re-purposed a kitchen slotted spoon to see if that would help. Nada. The best method for loosening the brick was to hit or kick the side (and bottom if needed) of the litter box until the brick came loose. With this method, the lump did break but not nearly as badly as when we used the litter scoop. I did crack a couple of litter boxes, though, in the process. The normal clumping litter also makes quite a bit of dust. About a year ago, the dust started bothering my husband sufficiently enough to require him to wear a mask when he scooped the litter box. Enter WBC - ta daa! In contrast with the above issues with high quality brand clumping clay litters, WBC works superbly. 1. I still have to hit the side of the box to loosen the clumps but the clumps with WBC do not as tightly adhere to the sides and bottom of the litter box. We tap the box to loosen it. 2. While the above type clumps do break apart some, they do not break apart nearly as much as our old litter. This means fewer little mini litter clumps as compared to our old litter. 3. The box smells fresher. This could be partly due to the fewer mini clumps of urine as compared to other brands. 4. The litter is lighter and easier to scoop. 5. The cats love it. They transitioned to it nearly immediately. 6. While there is some dust, it does not bother my husband so he does not need to wear a mask. There is not as much dust in my laundry room from WBC, it has a lighter texture and it doesn't have the dirty feel that I noticed with other litters. 7. Some people have mentioned tracking. We have throw rugs outside the litter box and that takes care of any dust on their feet.

It was the best litter yet
Miss Kitty really likes this litter. Neither Kitty nor I tolerate added fragrances. I like it because there is almost no dust. It smells quite "corny" at first, but not unpleasant. The smell disappears quickly. This litter is almost miraculous in the way it eliminates the odors of my cat's products so quickly without cover scents. Folks who do not like cats have commented that they cannot smell the usual signs of feline residents. It clumps up very quickly, so as soon as Kitty hops out of the box, I can remove her creations. I am wary of flushable type stuff, but this breaks up quickly once it hits the water and flushes away easily. It does track around some, but not as badly as some brands we have tried. It is easy to sweep up. When some litters get tracked, if the crumbs get stepped on, they break up and spread around the house. This stuff stays intact and mostly stays put until I sweep or vacuum. I can't ask for better stuff. And if the cat is happy, I'm happy. Update: Geez, I know what some folks are talking about now, stinky litter. Up until my last purchase, if new WB litter had any smell, it was corniness that would fade away quickly. I got two bags that were okay upon opening but the first time my cat piddled, urinated, did not poop, the litter smelled like poo even after scooping. I wash the litterbox between changes, so I'm sure it was not any latent mess causing the stink. I can understand that a natural material will vary in color, smell, etc. but this is awful. And Miss Kitty started pooping next to the box. I had one more bag of WB remaining so I dumped the other stuff and refilled it. It is not as bad smelling and Kitty is using the box normally again. Quality control, please, World's Best. PEW

So far, So good.
I suffer from several allergies as do others in my home (including one of my cats). Before the "World's Best Cat Litter" I had been fairly happy with the pine pellets from other brands. My main gripe about pine pellets? They are large and the cats would not want to actually dig. Not that I could blame them. While the pine pellets did a fairly good job of controlling odor, I overall did not feel like I was getting the performance I was paying for. Additionally, not burying poo means that sometimes they would step on it, then make a mess. Gross indeed. It was time for a change. I searched around online and there are several very in depth articles comparing litters. After reading about how great this litter was, I decided to give it a try. At first when you open it, you are hit with a smell that is neither pleasant nor unpleasant. It reminds me of old birdseed to be honest. Not like moldy birdseed... just old seeds. Thankfully the corn is very small. Almost the same size as the clay based litters. So I really felt that we were off to a great start. :) I have a very large litter pan that no bags fit well (attempting bags with the litter pan I have resulted in larger problems than just not using the bags and cleaning the pan on a regular basis) and so used 15lbs of litter at one time. (I have purchased an air tight rolling pet food bin that holds 25lbs of food and it holds this 28lb of litter very well. Just a tip for storage if you need to.) I clean the litter box at least once a day, sometimes twice a day like I have all other litters before it. I am pleased to say that the corn litter clumps VERY well. I feel it clumps better than the clay litters and holds the shape well for sifting. I never felt the pine pellets sifted well. You could scoop, you just needed to be very careful. Additionally, both cats are happy to dig and bury with this corn litter. It does seem to stick to their feet though. If you use this litter make sure you get a litter mat. I use the one that is shaped like a paw print as the weave is more open and seems to catch the litter well. Not perfectly mind you, but better than a simple mat or tray would. Clean-ups are easy and you do not have the acrid smell when you open the litter box, or when sifting. I think this is just another sign of a wonderful product. So far, so good. It just may be the best cat litter in the world. :)

Ive tried the rest and it really is the best
I used the normal clay stuff forever and wondered if there was a more eco friendly litter. I tried pellets and they were terrible and made soggy messes. Then I tried this stuff and its truly perfect. No dust and the pee and poo clump perfectly. Its lighter weight and renewable and yeah just seems like the clear winner

Truly the best
I don't have praise enough for this cat litter. When I tried it I was in major crisis mode. I am very sensitive to scents, and every clay litter I tried gave me a migraine. I ended up putting off scooping as much as I could, which was really unfair to my cats. I started looking into other types of litter and wound up with similar issues. Dust and scent gave me migraines that would last a day or longer. Newspaper and pine litters both smelled bad enough new to be an issue, but worse was when they were used. I got lucky and was cat sitting for a family that used World's Best. It was the first time I've ever scooped litter without ending up in pain. The price tag made me skeptical, but I've found it absolutely saves me money each month. A 28 pound bag is enough for my three cats for a month almost every time. I love that it is corn based and therefore much healthier for my cats. Even though clay always seemed cheaper, I was always worried about my cats ingesting the clay when they clean themselves. No more issues there. This does not track anything like any other litter I've tried. A few little pieces here and there, but in general I would consider this a low tracking litter. Dust is also not an issue for me with this litter. When scooping you don't get poo dust clouds in your face. I don't think there's much more that would ever need to be said on that matter. The smell is the biggest issue for me for any litter. As I mentioned, this litter does not have a strong odor that might trigger headaches or migraines in people with sensitivity. That's not true for me with the purple lavender scented bag, but the red multi-cat unscented bag is perfection. We adopted a smelly cat a year ago. I won't pretend things were perfect when he was still super smelly, but as his diet improved and his bathroom trips got a bit less stinky, this litter still held up. I don't think a litter in the world could have helped our Nougat back then, but that's the only scent issue we've ever had. The clumps are almost always as firm as clay clumps, without the clay muddiness you get with some brands. Scooping is easy. Pee clumps are pretty giant sometimes, but they stick together. They also clump at the top, unlike some litters that let the moisture sink to the bottom. That means clean box sides. Poop doesn't end up in a giant clump of litter which was different, but not a bad thing at all. We alternate flushing and bagging. Even with a slower toilet flow the pee clumps (we don't flush the giant pees) break apart and go right down. It's definitely flushable if that is a key factor in your decision to but. The only issue I've ever had is that I had one bag sent that was subpar quality. When you get a new bag, the litter is in fairly large pieces. After using it, it breaks down to a much smaller size. The smaller size granule is not as effective, and is the signal that the litter should be changed. So I got a bag one time that was all the small granules, and it was essentially worthless. I tried to use it anyhow, but it was a bust. But that's the only issue I've ever had in years of using WB. So, this litter has saved money and migraines. Two of our cats took to it immediately, the third had to have it introduced with his old clay litter mixed in. That process only took about a week though. Ordering it on Amazon is the cheapest option I've found at the 28lb bag size, but I like that other retailers have started carrying it. I highly recommend trying it out. It's a game changer.

Degrade in quality
Something has changed in the last couple of times I’ve purchased this. It’s looks slightly different, and the amount of dust my cats are now tracking around the house has greatly increased. We have a long haired cat and the poor lad is destroyed coming out of the litter box. I’m unfortunately going to have to look elsewhere.

This is the best type of litter I've used so far!
Pros: This is the best type of litter I've used so far! I like that it can be flushed. It's not dusty at all compared to other litter. And have seen a reduction in odor from the litter trays. The red bag of cat litter is the best one to get as the grains are bigger than the other versions. The clumping also works great and doesn't stick to the bottom of the tray and stays clumped together! Cons: Not the cheapest but worth it. Just make sure to keep on top of it regularly.

Cher pour rien !
Litiere plus cher que les autres, alors qu'elle fait de la poussiere, et les chats la balade partout !

A very good cat litter
I previously used compressed paper pellets, I found this product to be very effective in controlling odor, urine is collected in a circular pattern and this then sets into an easy to remove clump, do not have the litter too shallow, ensure enough depth for the clump to form prior to any urine reaching the bottom of the litter box, small shallow trays are not adequate. As the litter comprises fine particles there is some tracking. The litters last several times longer than the compressed paper pellets. Recommended.
