It will if the rating is a match. Be sure you connect the Herm to Herm or Fan to fan.

I don't know exactly. I don't know what all the stuff starting with the 10000afc... means. From Google search: What is AFC in capacitor? What is an AFC rating on run capacitors? Run capacitors now have an AFC rating, identifying the available fault current, which is the short circuit interrupting capability of the pressure sensitive interrupter in amperes. Most capacitors are rated at 10,000 amps, but 5000 amps is adequate for motor application. So it seems that it should work, the first part says the capacitance and then the voltages. As long as the voltages are equal to or higher you are ok. So in that case I would run it.

why does this say 370/450? I need a 440

Its not a range. This capacitor is rated at 450V and as such, is suitable when replacing replacing a capacitor rated at up to 450V. Since you can safely use a replacement capacitor with a higher voltage rating, it is a suitable replacement for either 370V or 450V (440V) systems.
