Overview
It mixes very well with water I brisk it and it also goes down the stomach really well I feel zero bloating but however, and I feel like the first few days it would be a body would be a adjust to it and my digestion was just a little slower, but it doesn’t show I didn’t feel any physical bloating, which was great. I love it and the texture is almost the kinetic sand. Kind of fun makes me wanna play with it at times and the consistency and taste just taste like like applesauce.
