Skull Shaver Rinse Stand I have read a lot of negative reviews concerning the Skull Shaver Rinse Stand and can say that with a home modification and rinsing correctly, the stand works as it should.First: Yes the hinges on the stand are difficult and I can see why they would break. In looking at the product I determined that with some modification, the hinges would work and will not break. Open the hinge and remove the tab on both sides containing the nib that keeps the hinge closed.Second: Water alone is not going to clean the razor. I put a drop of dish detergent in the stand before I fill it with water. Then rinse the razor with soapy water. The razor comes clean and there is no stubble or residue left in the stand when emptied.It is a shame that the stand is not properly designed and that it comes with no cleaning instructions. Hopefully Skull Shaver will see this review and act accordingly.

This seems to be an excellent partner to the skull shaver itself. It is small, lightweight, yet appears to be quite sturdy. We haven't had it long enough to test it over the months, but it does its job well. It keeps the skull shaver in the right position for drying, and doesn't take up much space.

Not real sturdy but serves it's purpose well. After I clean the razor, I always hang it on the stand, It keeps it clean and also gives it a place to dry.

So I ordered this for my skull shaver and it doesn't even fit the 4 head shaver. NO MENTION OF THIS! So I go to return it...NOPE. They dont accept returns! And it is a waste of money anyway. Just plug the sink and let a half inch of water in the bowl and swish it around. Does the same thing. Why bother with another gadget????

The product iz pretty flimsy and it didnt come with the oil like it stated. On top of it the stand doesnt hold water well making it a messy rinse. Also i feel 5 seconds, as it states in the intructions for the shaver isnt enough to clean it. There is a lot of hair residue stuck to it afterwards. So i wash the blades under the the faucet a few times then I put it on the stand to dry. And that works better.

Best Durn (can't say Damn ) Razor that I have found. And I have been shaving my head for a LONG time. Mom had Cancer, passed in 01, I shaved it while she was still here (late 99). Now I keep it that way in support of all the Cancer patients out there. Best razor I have found to help with a Good looking head.

This is an absolute must if you own a Pitbull Skull Shaver. It is so incredibly helpful and I can walk away from it while it’s cleaning my shaver. I also use it to hold my shaver in between uses. It’s beyond convenient

Disappointed. Doesn't hold enough water or rinse clean.UPDATE - I wrote the original review below just yesterday June 30th 2015, bought this rinse stand on June 9th, it arrived on June 12th and today the plastic hinges on the plastic chrome piece literally just wore out. Seriously - 3 weeks of use and the hinge wears out / stops clasping properly. (And no, the plastic tabs are not broken, simply not gripping). So the one thing that it was actually good for - using as a stand - is now off list of any pros I could think of. I would NOT recommend this product considering this and the other issues I wrote about below.Along the lines of what another reviewer wrote; I can confirm the following problems with it:- Does not do well for cleaning my Bald Eagle Smart shaver. The container is so small that a single rinse doesn't work, and leaves tiny bits of stubble in and on the blades / shaver heads. Using this "rinse stand" requires running through the normal process of rinsing several times, plus also having to rinse / wipe the shaver heads off again.- Whatever type of plastic they used for the basin simply attracts tiny stubble and it clings to it like glue. There is no such thing as "simply rinsing" with this product. No matter what you do, rinse with cold or hot or even soap, you're not getting the stubble buildup out of this thing without thoroughly wiping it out.Those might seem like minor inconveniences until you think about this - the idea behind this product was to make the cleaning process of our shaver easier. Instead it does the opposite and simply using a glass of water works a million times better / faster / more efficient. This unit is high-maintenance - the opposite of what we invested in these shavers for.The only good thing I can say is that it's a nice stand for keeping your shaver at the sink and blades in the air.

Compact so it doesn’t take up too much space. Simple design.

Product arrived in poor condition. Item has scratches all over it. Not appealing to look at. It also says it not a returnable item, just my luck...
