Love this derby-style and dual laser combo. Surprisingly bright and colorful for the size. The LED's throw brightly for about 20 feet, while the lasers are noticably visible 35+ feet away. The remote and auto-functions are helpful.

This is basically a toy. The beams and patterns aren't very defined at all. The laser is barely noticeable.The different programs are all pretty similar. The light just gets boring after a while.It only has two DMX channels and they are hard to figure out. The remote control has to be directly in front of it, and is worthless beyond 15 feet. It's plastic, not metal like the description says.DisappointingUpdate: The seller is now emailing me daily, asking me to remove this review. I am very impressed by the amount of laser light thrown off by this tiny box. I like that it is rechargeable, so you can place it anywhere (ideally somewhere above your sightline so you don't get lasered in the eye – the blue beam is particularly intense). Great lightshow but – and this is important - you NEED a fog machine to bring out the best this has to offer. Without the fog you get pretty patterns on your walls and ceilings. With the fog, you get LASERS, just like at a concert. Best purchase I've made for the livingroomravedanceparty.

Best purchase ever! These puppies are brighter than expected and the music settings work really well to blend the lights with the beat. Both can easily fill a 300-500sqf dim lit room. Each remote works with both lights so if you lose or break one, you're still covered. The only downside I could see is there is no controls directly on the units so you're SOL if you don't have the remotes.

The media could not be loaded.  Amazing light, works very well, good for parties, Dj etc , love it, had no issues at all , easy to use and fun to watch. Well worth the price I paid.

I've procured several disco lights recently. The build on this set seems light but since we will only use it occasionally, shouldn't be too fragile. The lights work really well. I use a remote power switch instead of the provided remote control, and its nice that it remembers which mode I left it in so I don't have to set it again.
