for £159 quid you cant go wrong. the item arrived way ahead of schedule. the only issue was a faulty machine head.no biggieas at some point will replace the set.i contacted chase and they rapidly answered my email and are now dispatching a replacement so excellent customer service. the guitar is great for beginners and seasoned players alike, again for the price you cant go wrong. I have several instruments costing way more and this thing is easily comparable. I could never afford a p.r.s. guitar but am very happy with this one and am considering buying a few more in different finishes. agaim chase direct were great to do business with.
