Natural Hickory Sawdust (2.0 Lb)

The product received was exactly as advertised and worked perfectly. It also gave the salmon a delicious smoke flavor using a Weber kettle in 2 .5 hours and burned less than 1/5 of the bag using a serpentine cold smoker generator. I warmed it for 20 minutes in the oven to extract any moisture and filled the cold smoker generator with the sawdust, lit it with a gas lighter, and it stayed lit for the whole time, until I put it out I recommend this product.

I love this Hickory sawdust. I used it the other night and smoked a flat iron steak in a Master built electric smoker. I had good smoke and great flavor. Next up is smoked turkey for Thanksgiving.

Worked great in my electric smoker, produced more smoke than regular chunk wood.

This is a really excellent product. I'm using it for an art project. What I like about this product above all other similar products is that all the pieces are fairly the same small sizes. I also love the fact that this is natural, not scent-added.

Not a good product. Can’t get it to stay lit...always goes out. It feels like the moisture content is too high.

Me encantó este aserrín. Produce muy buen humo y duran bastante tiempo.

Takes a long time to get it started and doesn't stay lit for long. Can't say anything now regarding flavour until i can get it to smoke as describe.
