This is very nice product..but the packaging was ridiculous. It took me half an hour to wedge the lid out of the pitcher.

I love drinking cold water from the cups & the pitcher, it is a little smaller than I thought it would be . It seems to be well made.

It took me almost an hour to get the lid out of the pitcher horribly packed, now the lid doesn’t fit well due to the pressure from the bad packaging, it started rusting since the first day , how in the world would you advertise as healthy, do not recommend im returning this

This set is perfect. Beautiful hammered copper cups (4), and pitcher. Light weight and perfect size to keep on kitchen counter.

This is a nice picture and 4 cups but the packaging of the lid stuffed into the pitcher is ridiculous! I couldn’t get it out and it scratched the edges of the lid and seemed to bend it and the pitcher was also crooked so it was hard to put the lid on. Redo the packing process!

Bonitos, extremadamente bonitos. Necesitan de cuidados extremos ya que se oxidan muy fácil. La tapa no cierra herméticamente, supongo que como empaquetan todo dentro de la jarra es mucha presión y llega a deformar un poco la jarra

Llegó con la tapa atorada en el fondo de la jarra y por consecuencia un poco abollada pero nada que no se pudiera componer,por lo demás llegó bien.
