**Q: Does anyone know a link to download the software to us it with a pc? the product comes with a cd but we do not have laptops with cd readers anymore.**

**Q: What is the data rate to the pc?   I need readings at least every .1 seconds.**
A: The sampling rate can be set from 0.5 seconds per time to 1 minute per time.  Of course, include 1 second per time

**Q: Is the software compatible with Windows 10?  Android?**
A: Hi, thanks for asking.  BT-866A anemometer is compatible with Windows as well as IOS computer,including windows 10.  But not Andriod or any phone.

**Q: Does the device only transmit live data to the compute. Do I have to take the compute outside and tether it to the laptop in order to record outside?**
A: yes mine did. was a cheap bag.
