EDIT: I've changed my review from two stars to five. For context, the original review is below. The update is as follows. The seller reached out to me and asked me what they could do. I explained that I wasn't willing to go to any trouble to return the defective product. They said they didn't care. They just wanted to make things right, so they just sent me a new one, no strings attached. Now I have a cord that works, and they were willing to do something that isn't entirely practical from a business standpoint. *That's* some seriously good customer service.The cable has a loose wire or something such that the screen is yellow. I can manipulate the cord to get a clear connection, but it doesn't last long. I haven't tried to return it, but frankly I'm sick of having to. While it's important for a company to be amenable to returns (and I have no reason to believe they aren't), I'd much prefer not to have to go to the trouble. I don't see why companies can't just get things right the first time. Mistakes always happen, which is why you should have a return policy, but after 48 years of this, I'm no longer willing to purchase from a company who, from the first purchase, sells me a defective product. Perhaps you're more tolerant (read: younger and less crotchety) than I, in which case I guess you should give them a try. Other than the fact that my screen is skewed towards yellow, it works, and if it weren't defective, the price would have been reasonable.

My monitor that takes VGA is max res 1920x1080. Since the VGA protocol is so old I was worried it wouldn't be able to handle it, but it certainly can, at least through this cable. Picture is perfect, no issues with speed, etc.

Bought this for a crt to fix ghosting. Picture looks amazing now, completely fixed ghosting issue I had with cheap vga cord from big box store.

Using this with a M1 Mac Mini and a thunderbolt to vga adapter to drive a second screen (a HP240a - 23" 1080P). Works fantastic. The original VGA cable I was using led to ghosting and blurry text. Swapping it out with this cable cleared everything up. Crystal clear at 1080P.

The icture is clear. Good value for the money but it didn't last long.alreafy had to replace it.

Like my title says, does exactly what the cable it supposed to do. Connect a PC to a monitor via the VGA port. Good picture quality, no complaints. One thing to note is that if the screws are not tightened properly or if not connected well, you start seeing some blue/green tinge on the display or lines across the screen. This is a User Error not an issue with the product. So, no points deducted.Overall, happy with the product.

I bought a 5m cable to replace a much shorter one. I am very happy with this product. The delivery was fast and the cable works OK. However, the delivery charge was 50% of the product cost.There had been some attention paid to the packaging. It arrived in a large bubble wrap envelope and the cable itself was in its own re-sealable plastic bag. There were little plastic covers on each end of the cable to protect the pins. There was also a little card inside the plastic bag from UGreen saying “Thank You for choosing UGREEN” and giving an email address if there were any problems. If you did need to contact them by email, they also ask for the order ID, which you can find in the Amazon emails or via your amazon account.I was surprised that the cable was black. For some reason I thought it would be white or off-white, even though the picture on amazon is of a black cable. However, I realised that the shorter cable that it replaces was also black. The cable is thicker than the one it replaces; I do not know if that matters.Most importantly, it works OK.

Recently started working from home and my company laptop doesn't have HDMI so I couldn't connect it to an external monitor. A 14" screen is way too small to work on all day so I decided to get a VGA cable to link them. I have used UGREEN products before and they have been great so I went with this cable. It's been absolutely brilliant.

Nothing not to like here. A very high quality VGA cable at a reasonable price. The thick cable and strong moulded plugs inspire confidence that it will last .Paired with my (also Ugreen) KVM switch it provided a clean, interference free picture on my 1920x1080 display.

I have recently been embarrassed, when using my own projector as a fallback to the failure of the venue's machine, by having a cable only 1.8 m. long. The picture was small. This is 15 ft., so hope not to be embarrassed again. Works perfectly, but my laptop is 10 years old so can't comment on the high-end performance. Amazing price, with free delivery.

Used this in conjuncture with a VGA to RCA Convertor and work perfectly providing a good video signal. Excellent product.
