2 Lbs Pool Stain Treat - 12/Case

I have a small 5,000 gallon fiberglass pool chlorinated by a salt generator. I spread the recommended amount (1/2 pound) over the surface of the pool per the instructions. The next day the only difference was where the granules settled on the bottom or ran down the sides. These areas were quite white. There was no change to the majority of the surface. I added another 1/2 pound and after an additional day, still have the stain. I'll give it another couple days to see what happens and report back but so far I'm not impressed. The only reason I gave it an additional star is because it appears that it SHOULD work with the white streaks and spots the granules left.I ended up putting the whole container of cleaner in the pool which was four times the recommended amount. The majority of my pool is still stained so I guess I'll try Jack's Magic and hope for better results. I cannot recommend this product.

Very pleased so far. Used 2 bottles and just ordered 2 more. Saw good results with the first 2 but still some stains. But we have a large pool...18,000 gallons plus spa so I suspect we need more. We shall keep using.

Didn't work for me. Couldn't remember buying it but checked my orders and saw where I ordered something else 10 days after I received this, so evidently I wasn't satisfied. The other thing didn't work either.

Stuff is great! I have a small fiberglass rooftop spa (residential apts) that was always green until I put about a cup right in the water and viola...brand new. No down time either.

Used three bottles of this product in my pool and it did nothing. I got 2 bottles of the same product from another outlet and my pool was blue in minutes. Wasted money buying from here.
