These are full flavored but not overpowering. The slices are perfect for adding to salads and other dishes. Try them in a salad of greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, scallions, feta cheese, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Or add them to a tomato sauce with onions, zucchini, salt, pepper, garlic and cumin; perfect over basmati rice. Yummy
