Will it support dell latitude e7240

I'm using it with a Dell latitude (not sure model number) with Windows 10 and it works great.

USB device not recognized, display connection might be limited. What can i do to fix this problem?

This means that the USB-C port you are using isn’t capable of doing video. I believe it is called a data-only port and cannot so video through that connection. You will have to get a regular USB universal dock to get video out.

Is this compatible with the dell latitude 7390 (not the xps)?

Hello, I have two laptops with me. A Work laptopwhich is a Dell latitude 5400, and a personal laptopa lenovo x1 carbon thinkpad, and I'm able to use the dievice one both computers without any issues. A couple of things to ensure is that 1. Your computer drivers are up to date, especially for your dual monitor drivers. 2. You're HDMI cables and HDMI Reader works well with the thunderbolt type- c port.

Will this work with a dell latitude 5490 w/win10? i need to extend to two external monitors w/different screens on each monitor, not mirrored.
