Don't laugh but it is almost addictive... Getting more oxygen makes my brain and body so happy. My wife and kids balked at these at first but after they hit them once or twice they enjoy them too. There is no scent to the plastic at all. You only smell the aromatherapy essential oils. Another big inhalation once the ingredients were in my mouth. Immediate relief in the throat and upper chest. My lower/deep lungs still had typical asthma dilation, so you likely won’t entirely rely on this to replace your inhaler. However, after a few inhalations, I eventually fell asleep and didn’t need my inhaler. I woke up feeling great, no wheezing and my lungs were clear. So, it’s a great compliment to the regular inhaler on those days when your asthma is mild.
