DC Universe Young Justice Superboy Figure

Honestly I was a little disappointed, the toy wasn't the scale i wanted and it didn't have much in the way of pose-ability, but it was mostly my fault. All the information was there and I simply made a mistake. Though something really cool was the bonus piece for assembling the JLA HQ if you collect them all. Over al it's a cool toy, it just wasn't what I was looking for. I will be more careful I the future to know he precise scale I'm looking for.

These figures are hard to come by. My son and I are building the Hall of Justice and this was one part. Price was good also.

Fast shipping and great product

My son (6) has just completed watching the Young Justice Season 1 cartoons (which we also bought from Amazon). He loved it. What boy doesn't love super heroes, right (and some adults for that matter!)? At any rate, he wanted a few of the figures. Boy, is Robin tough to find. We picked out a couple, including SuperBoy. SuperBoy probably really is a must have for a kid who's a fan of this series. Hard to go wrong with him.

There is only one point I want to stress about this figure. Proportion. I love the Young Justice series, and when I saw the figures I desperately wanted to collect the team, and assemble them on my mantle, but i haven't because of this one. Superboy is most likely made from the same body type as all his male team mates, which DOES NOT WORK. In art he is a built, solid, and serious image, where as in this, his head seems a tiny bit too big, and square for a slender, and as a a result, awkward body. He does not look like Superboy. He looks like the head, and clothes of superboy, on Kid Flash's body, and it ends up making a strange and gangly representation when compared to how he should look.This version is a far cry from what I've come to know Superboy as, and I don't think it was an artisitc choice. It was to save money. And for what they charge for this little guy, I think they could have afforded a new mold, had they chose to make one.(I gave 3's on all attributes when rating, to attempt to stay as neutral as possible. It wont let me post this, without rating.)
