As far as I know the output voltage is always 120 +-5 volts depending on the input voltage range between 97 and 137 volts. Hope this answers your question

Is this really the p-1800 ar? the photo shows the p-1800 pf-r, which is not the same product.

Sorry for such a long delay, just saw your question.Yes it is AR.It's absolutely amazing if you want to have a steady, same quality sound no matter where you perform or practice.In my practice studio, I can see that the voltage goes between 104 and 117 volts and it's never the same.So this voltage regulator does exactly what it says!Every pro guitarist must have one.

Is this a newer model or old stock? The questions are 6 plus years old, so what is the manufacturing date of this unit?

It's still in production and a current model, likely manufactured a year or two ago.

Does this produce any noise at all? Is there a hum? If so, how many decibals is that hum?

There's definitely noise because anything electronic is going to produce noise. But, as far as audible noise if you're using this for live sound/DJ applications is virtually non existent. Hope this helped!
