Arrived as described - all new. Very easy installation. This upgraded version is more secure and less exposed to the weather as the push-button is inside the lock (meaning flush to the surface) when locked.

Did not come with key as indicated.

Easy swap. Much better than the old ones I had. Takes a little getting used to as the buttons stay popped in when locked. Also free tip. Cut a couple pieces of porcelain tile and glue them on the front and top of the aluminum surround so thieves who drill the easy access hole to pop it just dull the bit. If you wanna get one better use granite tile.
