Good for building muscle
This supplement is great for building muscle and losing fat at the same time. Unfortunately, with the advent of Covid, it is no longer available.

A convenient and high quality source of rosemary extract
It seems to be working very well so far. My muscle gains have been increasing quite a bit, and I've been losing fat at the same time. (In addition to a healthy diet and fairly rigorous weight lifting routine of course; don't expect a magic transformation just by taking these pills. They seem to promote a healthy testosterone level which boosts muscle growth, which in turn burns more calories.)I only stopped ordering it recently while looking for places to cut costs in my budget. I noticed that the active ingredient is rosemary extract (which is naturally 25% ursolic acid) and that one bottle of this stuff contains 54 grams of it split up into 90 pills. At the time of this review, one bottle costs $24.40.Another product on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/Rosemary-Extract-Bulksupplements-Circulatory-Support/dp/B01N4REK6T) contains 500 grams of the exact same ingredient and costs only $23.96, just under fifty cents less. That makes URSO-X roughly ten times as expensive as just buying rosemary extract without the capsules. I don't mind buying supplements in bulk and personally don't need the supplement to be in pill form as I weigh many of my supplements already, so I have switched over to save a few bucks.Still, this product may be the right choice for you if you prefer the convenience of pre-measured, prepacked pills that are ready to go. At the end of the day, considering the benefits this product provides, its still well worth the price. I still keep a few bottles of URSO-X handy for trips in which carrying a big bag of powder and a scale around is not ideal. (I imagine it might set off a few red flags at the airport, for example.)

Seems legit so far.
So I got this and was really skeptical. There’s no question Ursolic acid works, but finding a supplement that actually has what is says is another story. I think this might be the real thing, and if not something weird beyond placebo effect is happening. I was in a bulking phase before using this. I’m now cutting to get rid of the extra fat on the gut which is inevitable eating a calorie surplus. Usually you go into a cut and try to keep as much muscle as possible knowing some strength will wither away but try to limit it with loads of protein and training intensity. I starting taking this at the beginning of my cut and I’m making strength gains. That shouldn’t be possible. They’re very small gains, but a gain is a gain. If this stuff lets me not only minimize loss, but actually grow on a slight calorie deficit, that’s saying something. That can be placebo. So yeah, it seems good so far. No side effects either. Try it.Oh btw, if you don’t lift nothing will happen. If you see a guy saying he got nowhere but didn’t lift...well even steroids can’t grow muscle without lifting FYI.

Am getting more sleep!
I'm not sure how this really grows muscles. I saw some scientific articles they tested it on rats and mice. I read a little first decided to just try it. I actually had also been suffering from insomnia and had a lot of trouble falling a sleep. For some reason I started taking this. Even sleep aids didnt help since I can be active. I actually feel this really helped me sleep. I can't say one way or the other if this is helping muscles yet but I am getting a ton more sleep now finally!

More muscle strength despite very limited exercise
It's hard for me to gauge the effects of this, as I have chronic fatigue syndrome (a.k.a. SEID, systemic exertion intolerance disease) and so my exercise schedule is irregular to put it mildly. That plus my age is WHY I take ursolic acid. That said, since I started taking this I've noticed that although my exercise level is similar, I've gotten a LOT stronger. Even on bad days when I FEEL weak (similar to flu), I'm still strong enough to easily lift and carry things that before I could only manage on a good day. So although its hard to disentangle the effects of this from my other supplements, I'd call this a win.My sweetie is taking it also, and has bulked up quite a bit on the same exercise regimen. Cumulative effects or a boost in muscle growth? Hard to say... try it and see.Downgraded from five to four stars because the pills are snazzy red and black, suggesting they contain significant food coloring. On the plus side, they smell really nice. :)

Noticeable
A lot of supplements are good for you but you may not notice a change. This definitely helped me feel stronger/more endurance.
