I received my chair today. I was impressed because the box was a little heavy so I knew it had to be a solid chair. I have lower back issues. My main concern was getting a chair that was more comfortable than pretty. It just so happens that this chair is comfy (so far), stylish, and the cost is great. Another thing, take your time to assemble the chair. Put on a show you love and have seen before and work on the chair patiently. I will come back later and give an update review if anything changes or if this chair falls apart on me.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I love the color. It makes a big difference in the room. The installation takes minutes to complete with the provided instructions. It is a little more on the firm side instead of soft and that is totally fine for me. As you can see in the video, the finished product looks amazing. It also has back support and able to lean back just like other typical chairs.

Whoever made this chair deserves to have to sit in it for the rest of their life. This chair is awful and offers 0 support 0 cushion and rips way too easy.If Office Depot is open then try the chairs out there. This is cheap crap

The chair looks great and is relatively easy to assemble; however, the backrest offers no back support. See below for a product summary.Structurally the chair is stable but functionally it leaves more to be desired. - Stability of chair is good (swivel base is secured firmly, seat secures well to the gas lift, the chair rolls well and is relatively quiet, back rest is securely fastened to the chair) - Leather wraparound is tight and breathable, and does not generate a lot of heat - Plastic materials used do not feel like they will break (easily) - Back-support is non-existentThe back-support is essentially an upholstered frame that when you lean back and rest your back, it sinks inward as much as possible until the leather wraparound is taut enough to resist your back weight from sinking further into the frame. The back frame is empty and the chair's only back-support is provided by the leather upholstery (no cushion, no mesh, no springs, no plastic harness, etc.). I've fixed this by building custom-made cross bars and added a cushion layer to hold the weight of my back rather than relying on the upholstery for support (because it offers none).Overall, I give it a 3 because the chair functions appropriately for about 60% of what a chair should do; however, the most important part of a chair is the back and lumbar support, to which this chair offers zero support.

Jane,I just put together my office chair. I ordered the white and I am extremely pleased.First of all the packaging very clever and outstanding. Instructions easy to read and assembly was quick and efficient.I had ordered a memory foam chair pad that can be used under your butt or behind your back and with the ability to zip open the back of this chair I was able to slide that pad right inside making it extra comfortable in my lumbar. The seat itself is very comfortable and I like the look of the white and that it rocks back and forth.Added benefit.For my purposes, as a mental health therapist that needs to sit and be comfortable in her sessions this chair fits the bill and price point was perfect for my budget. The first thing I wanna say is that this is Ergonomically perfect! I used to have this habit of slouching on my chair but this chair provides the best support for my back. This makes me so so so happy. Regarding the assembly, the instructions are already there and it took me only 10 minutes to assemble it -- easier than any piece of IKEA furniture!! There are also some additional nuts and screws just in case. It has the best support for my butt (feels like i'm sitting on a cloud and the best part is the straight back and the how soft and perfect everything feels. My body feels like this chair is a perfect fit for my body. Love the chair's color, its aesthetic.

All I wanted was a casual office chair for my home. For the price, this chair was the right choice. Looks wise, it's great. I love the white color with black accents. Assembly was easy, I did it in about 20 mins by myself. I'm not sure why so many reviews say how great the back support is, because it's really just okay. The entire back of the chair is hollow, so it is just pulled fabric. It's not uncomfortable or anything, but it definitely doesn't have any built in lumbar support. The arms of the chair are fairly low, which I like because I can easily tuck the chair under my desk when I'm not using it.The biggest issue I had with this chair is the wheels. They are terrible and every time I roll around I feel like I'm damaging my floors. I decided to order some roller blade style wheels to replace them. Other than that the chair is fine, especially considering it is much cheaper than chairs the come with all the bells and whistles.
