My baby has long fingers at 9 weeks and is unable to fully open her fingers comfortably in the newborn mittens. With these mittens she has been able to open them and relax her hands. The gloves don't fall off thanks to the long cuff. The only gripe i have is the material is not that soft. I bought the other color... the solid colored cotton ones.. much softer.
