THIS THING WORKS, I use it every day. For almost 2 years now I’ve had a stiffness and knot in my neck. It had gotten to a point in the last few months where my neck wouldn’t move side to side and i was progressively getting more and more tension headaches /migraines. I went to the chiropractor and that was somewhat helping but obviously it comes at a price. I was looking all over Amazon for a product to help me but didn’t really see anything that would actually do anything for me and plus these products were All pricey. I came along this one and immediately bought it. It’s really awesome. I can take it with me to the gym and bring it back home. I lay on it and just really let my body relax into the tension points of the product. And then after some minutes I start doing side to side movements. If I begin to get a tension headache from my neck tightness I use this and immediately feel relief. My foam roller definitely comes second place to this thing. I can feel my self stand straight with a combo of my foam roller plus this thing.

So grateful that I found this and didn’t give up on it! First few times I tried it, I found it painful. Then I decided to give it a little padding and put a single layer of towel over it when I use it...Thank goodness I didn’t give up on this strange little contraption! It really does help loosen the muscles in my neck and release pressure in the back of my head. Try to slowly move your head and neck around on it. Not quite like going for a massage, but about as close as you’ll get at home!

I can’t really tell it does much however if I have a headache and I lay on it just right I can hit a pressure point & it’ll help relieve pain shortly but not for long. I honestly don’t know what I expect but when you have neck pain you’ll try anything! It’s kinda cheaply made so I wouldn’t waste your money, just go get a massage or see a chiropractor.

Well, I’ve have this for almost a month, and I’ve been using it kind of regularly, so now I want to give you mi opinion about this torture/ pleasure device 😁 First, I’ve been recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia, something I’ve had for I think a good 20 years or so, so I’ve been looking for all the doctors and remedies you can imagine, but until now I have a name. That being said, I’ve been constantly begging for massage my entire life, but very few have been willing to jump in the task ‘cause I need them to get the deep tissue, and that require very strong hands. I also have been had tension headaches kind of like every single day since then 😐 I also tried lots of devices and things to help me, and have some of them, and this is the last in my kit. Now, for this product, I love that tackles several of the points I struggle the most, it’s almost exact, but if you wiggle your head and neck, and adjust your body here and there, it’s like a real massage, not the best one, but helps a lot. Even tho the plastic feels a little cheap (keep in mind it costs just $14), the base is sturdy enough to help me not only hold the weight of my head but also wiggle without problems, and the “balls” are firm, but soft at the same time (if that makes sense 😁). It has this little like gums or something to stop it from move in the floor (although I use it on carpet) abt two of them tend to fall, but with a little of loctite or some glue, problem solved. When I’m super sored, I need to start slow, since the pain is ginormous but, but slowly the pain starts to subside, and I keep relaxing even more, until the pain is gone and I can lay down there and enjoy how the pain goes away. Just remember, this is not magic, be conscious about it, and also, at least for me is a part of several things that I need to do to feel better, but my condition is kind of severe right now, so I don’t expect to cure all my ailments, but it definitely helps a lot and I’m really happy I bought it. So I’ve been dealing with neck pain that I’m told is a muscular issue (myofascial pain). This leads to migraines, jaw pain, back pain, blurry vision, vertigo etc. Used for less than 3 Minutes while I was actually feeling decent. I figured I’d stretch my neck while feeling good. Huge mistake. I got almost an instant migraine. Blurry vision, pain up the back of my skull, nausea and spinning. Severe migraine symptoms within minutes and nerve pains shooting up the back of my skull and down my arms . I returned it. Based on what your neck issue is from and what symptoms your neck issue is causing, use with caution please. Luckily the return was easy which I appreciate.

Device hurt more than you think. I was willing to give it a try because I had painful stiff neck and this looked like it would be great on pressure points. I was wrong it just hurts no relief at all!

If you are looking at this thing and thinking "this LOOKS like what I need, but will it really work?" YES! BUY IT! If you are certain you are like me and carry your tension in your neck and shoulders, which leads to stiff neck and headaches, look no further! I was really skeptical when I first purchased but I figured it was worth the $13 to have something on-hand to help relieve this pain. I have been using this as-needed for about three months now and I have to say, I am impressed. When I feel that familiar neck stiffness or tension headache coming on, I lay on this thing for about 5-10 minutes at a time, as often as needed. The white nubs for the tension points are hard plastic, so you should expect a similar effect to putting a tennis ball (or size-wise, a golf ball) under your neck and back. Six of them actually. If this is not your vibe, then skip this product. But this thing worked wonders for me and 10/10 would recommend if you are on the fence!

I LOVE this thing. I’ve always had bad knots around my shoulder blades and neck and I’m always trying to find an inexpensive way to relieve the tension. I’ve tried a lot of other things but nothing works as well as this thing. It works so deep into my knots and gives me that sweet painful relief. I love being able to zero in on one spot for as long as I want to, and all I have to do is lay there and occasionally adjust my position. And I love how many spots this can get to. It’s so relaxing and worth every penny. I look forward to using this thing as soon as I get home from work. My only qualm is that it pinches my hair if I don’t pull it up. That’s literally it. If you have knots and you’re tired of unsatisfying and unproductive self massages, you should definitely try this thing.
