Why doesn’t it look like the picture
Doesn’t look like in the picture likes more thicker then what I got and more bigger and I didn’t receive the bowl or the down stems now I have to get a refund and return the item and waste more of my time

I’d buy it again
The shipping was crazy fast. Came a full 3 days early on a 5 day ship time. It’s thick glass. At the price you can’t beat it. My only complaint is the size. You CAN NOT fit a regular ice cube in this thing. It’s baby sized. But the price and quality can’t beat it
