This really works!! I will be 74, when I would get up in the morning I would be stiff and it took a while to loosen up. After taking for a week, I noticed I can turn on my sides in bed without any problems and Iam no longer stiff in the morning. It really has improved my life.

My pain is due to AS. This product is used jointly with several other products. To be fair, none of them make an impact on my pain, but then, very little impact can be expected. Therefore, my low rating for pain relief for this product should be taken as only to account for my own experience and maybe not terribly meaningful to other people who may well get wonderful pain relief from this supplement. We're all different and pain relief, like pain itself, is a very individualized experience. No one thing will ever work for everyone. Basic medical science attests to that fact. A Rheumatologist recommended this product, because, in her experience as a physician, which is considerable and far more weighty a metric than mine, many of her patients have had notable results in pain reduction with their auto-immune and fibromyalgia. I will continue using it for some time to come. With advanced AS, like I have, treatment is an all-of-the-above approach. This is remaining a part of my all-of-the-above approach. It has caused me no GI upset (which is often a problem with me) and has no post-consumption aftertastes- a blessing to be sure! Overall, this is an excellent high-quality supplement respectably priced. Here's hoping it will work well for your pain.

Okay first of all, I literally never take the time to write reviews because usually I just don't care enough to spend 5+ minutes of my life that I'll never get back, just describing my opinions on a product. A little backstory, I am a female younger than 30 years old and due to poor choices as a youth and no overall concern for my body back in the day, I put way too much strain on my joints. I would go down gnarly hills on my longboard, do backflips on trampolines, run from the cops and jump fences twice my height, etc. Needless to say, I am now feeling all the pain from many years earlier. I have a job where I am on my feet for 8+ hours a day that requires you to hustle like none other. And although my ADHD enjoys this, my knees not so much. I was on vacation with my family and my brother suggested a hike, to which I told him to take a hike because I was not about to exercise and blow out my knee on my vacation just because he has a boring 9-5 office job. It was then that he told me he bought a supplement for me to take that would arrive by the time we got back from vacation. Now I am absolutely not a holistic, organic, supplement guru and I quite frankly don't believe in that stuff because it all seems like a pyramid scheme when all these overly eager, smiling ear to ear, in your face hippies try to get you to take their "magical pill". So I wasn't too sold when my brother tried to tell me about this supplement, BUT I'm also not going to turn down something for free in this current economic situation we're all in. So I tried it, and then I spent the next few days taking it as instructed. By day 4, I spent a solid 45 minutes dissecting the ingredients to ensure there were no illegal substances or chemicals in this magical bottle because, as previously mentioned, some of my life choices resulted in a probation sentence. And for those unfamiliar, they require drug testing on probation. I was absolutely shocked with how my knees and joints felt like I never abused them and I felt like I had gone full Benjamin button mode and returned to my adolescence. All the Tylenol in the world couldn't have made my pain subside the way these vibrant little gems do. And it wasn't until I ran out and had to buy a replacement for this item in the meantime that I decided I would share just how great this product it. Because the other product was trash and absolutely a waste of money compared to these. So if you're not sure if these are gonna do the trick, or you're afraid of failing a UA for probation, these will do the trick and I promise you won't fail a UA because of these. But I will caution you that just because these might make you feel like you're fresh out of your mothers womb again, don't go back to doing wreckless stuff with your body. Thank yall for making such an amazing product and I hope my one and only review can help someone else who is unsure about these magical beans.

Awesome and on time

I bought this because of the wonderful claims the product makes about this being the most powerful anti-inflammatory. Looking back at my order history, I have purchased this thing 23 times. I get it auto-delivered every month. I suffer from extremely painful inflammation around my knees as I have a bone-on-bone situation and arthritis. I take so many supplements, that I don't know which, if any, are working. I'm at a point where I feel a little better, but is it from this product alone, or from the cocktail of glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM AND this product? I'm afraid to drop any one of them and end up with pain again. My pain is acceptable and I manage to get through the day. But I cannot, with certainty, say that it's because of this product.

I’ve been taking this product every morning for a couple years now. I used to take 2 tablets of Aleve, but now I rarely have to use any kind pain relievers. A friend referred me to this brand and it’s the only one I’ve used so I don’t have anything to compare it to. I experimented by going without it for a few weeks and felt achy again, so I really do think it works!

What a horrible painful thing, and at least for me possibly because I am getting older, but it just doesn't go away on its own. Worst at night, no position is comfortable, I was not able to sleep through the night, always woke to this miserable elbow pain. As a dietitian, I am not a huge supporter of supplements and I find most that I have researched to be ineffective and a waste of money. Although I am a big supporter of turmeric so I decided to try these as nothing else (ice/heat) worked. There are not a lot of treatment options, so somewhat desperate. I think by the second or third day the pain had subsided significantly. After about a week and a half, the pain was pretty much gone, so I stopped taking them, then the pain came back! I am only taking 2 a day now, there are no side effects, the ingredients are good, so I think I will just keep taking them as they really do work. Oh and other little aches that have become the norm for me have also subsided, I am really impressed and happily relieved!
