Good taste and pure product
I had no idea that I had gluten intolerance in mild but still noticeable form. So when my doctor said I should quit gluten I had doubt but decided to try. And to replace atta I tried this flour. I use it now for already 3 months and I do feel different. No bloating, skin became clear as it’s never been, my breath in the morning is clear and I wake up without swelling. It’s not easy to make roti from that but manageable. It becomes easier if you make dough in advance. My maid makes dough in the morning and I make chapati lunch time or evening. Just don’t give it a chance to stick to any surface. And yes, you can puff it above the fire. Thank for such nice product. I ordered next 3 packs.

Highly recommended for gluten intolerant consumers.
I have been using this flour for a year now. Tastes like a wheat flour. Can be used to make chapatis, pooris or even breads.

Awesome product - Long Term review
We have been using Zero-G wheat for more than 1 year now. My parents have derived many benefits from this and always use it for their rotis. It helps in good digestion and is easy on the stomach, unlike gluten-containing wheat. It has helped my dad fight gluten allergy on the skin. Also, vitamins and minerals are much better. I am now shifting to Ragi+Jowar based wheat after seeing all these benefits. It is a great product and highly recommended. It will be great if Zero-G can reduce the prices to some extent though.

Healthy and tasty
This gluten free atta is a perfect choice if you are on gluten free diet. This looks exactly like normal atta and gives you the same taste.

Health and taste does not go hand in hand
Usefulness 1. Difficult to make a mould and shape it (like chapatis) 2. Did not enjoy the taste

Ok
I got this because it is gluten free. I couldn't get it to make soft chapati, but it didn't taste bad. The dough just cracked a lot when rolling it out, so they came out a bit thicker. However, I used it to make a pizza crust, and it worked well for a thin crust that was slightly crispy. I also made a cake with it. The cake turned out a bit dense, but it was very moist. It took longer to cook though. So I guess it depends on what you want to use it for. I like that it has limited ingredients that are not full of chemicals and preservatives. So that is a big plus!
