With winters long and dark hours Inwanted sthnwhen I go out with my child when its already dark. Fits perfectly over evennthe thickest jacket as you can adjust the straps and does exactly what it's supposed to. Several people even asked me where I got them from. Item is hi-viz, as described, and gives visibility when running in the darker season. Well made and adjustable. In my view a good alternative to a full hi-viz tabard or vest for running.
