Does the job perdectly.

Very happy with this one. Glossy white surface, sturdy enough walls, and most importantly thé cap is not loose. I will keep the caps off or now to make sure that is tight enough when I use it.

I've ordered these tubes a handful of times for my art print business, and when I first purchased them I was very happy with the quality. The tubes were very rigid, and it came with a bag of end caps. The caps were a little hard to get into the tubes, but that was okay with me because I knew that meant they were very secure once they were in. However, recently when I have ordered the tubes, they are clearly originally manufactured by a different company because they are completely different than before. They come in a different size box, and instead of a bag of caps, the caps are already on the tubes. The main problem is, that the new caps are very, very flimsy and do not stay on the ends of the tubes without a lot of securing. I thought it would still be okay, as long as I used a lot of tape to secure the end caps. However, I've now had 3 different customers report that the end caps have fallen on in transit and the tubes have gotten squished and damaged the prints inside (this never happened before when I used the previous version of the tubes). This had cost me a lot in refunds. If I could guarantee that I would get the tubes that I originally got when I ordered, I would buy again in a heartbeat since these tubes are a great deal. However, since I cannot, I will probably be now switching to ULINE. So, if you do decide to purchase these tubes, and you do receive the version with the flimsier caps that do not stay on as well, I highly recommend you fasten the end caps REALLY REALLY well, using a lot of tape and maybe even glue.

Great Product! I like the quality.

I have purchased three brands of 3" x 36" tubes (these, "Staples 558448 3-Inch X 36-Inch Staples White Mailing Tubes 12/Carton (11634)", and "Quality Park 46008 White Mailing Tubes, 24l x 2dia, White (Case of 25)"). These are the best for us. (I no longer have any of the Quality Park tubes, so I can't include details of them, below.) An advantage of these tubes (for us) is the inside dimension holds a 36" poster very well (37-1/16" length, 7/16" caps, leaving an inside dimension of 36-1/4"). We have been purchasing the Staples 36" tubes, which have an inside dimension of 35-7/8"). Another advantage of these over the Staples tube is they are lighter (8.3 oz [292 g] vs 6.8 oz [241 g]). In our case, that lets us ship the item as 1 pound versus 1.2 pounds. The end caps in these are also more secure (we taped the caps in the ends of the Staples tubes). A slight disadvantage of these vs the Staples is (sometimes) they are brown versus white.

This tube is the perfect size for mailing 36x24 sheets that can be rolled!!
