## Description

EasyPOPUP Universal Pop-Up Repair and Ball Rod Assembly kit retrofits in most standard ball rod popup drains. The kit includes metal rod, ball rod nuts, gaskets, and three sizes of balls, Linkage and Pull Rod. The rod is made of long lasting metal with a threaded design to mount the ball and easily adjust it's distance. Also included are three ball rod nuts - Pfister, gray, and Chrome plated. Installation is easy and requires no tools.

The written directions were simple and clear, especially with the labeled diagram, but the video made me feel extra confident I knew what I was doing. I noticed in the video I should have had a washer in the drain body before the pivot ball from the previous set, but there wasn't one in there. I tried to use one of the included ones, but the one I tried was a little big and caused water to leak out. So I took that washer out and put the pivot ball right in without one, and it works great with no leaks. Awesome when there's a quick, affordable fix, and this is one of them!!

**Q: does this come with a stopper?**
A: No it doesn't include stopper as stopper - it includes the pop-up drain parts as shown in the picture

**Q: What is the diameter of the holes in the strap?**
A: I didn’t have a need to measure those when I installed them. But they were big enough for the rod to easily slide thru that operates the pop up feature. They are actually better made than we’re the original ones, so I replaced both of them. That was probably a year ago and there were never any complaints.

**Q: Will this fit a Hansgrohe pop up drain?**
A: This should work with most ball rod style pop-up drains

**Q: Think I only need a new rod with the ball on it. It didn't have teflon or screw part. My hw store is 40 miles away. Would this work?**
A: This is a bundle of pop-up drain repair parts - the rod is threaded style and comes with teflon tape to wrap on threads (important to wrap it properly between the ball and rod overlapping threads to avoid leak) - then you can choose the ball that is closest to your existing ball.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well but inconsistent product

I had to purchase this product twice since the first one seemed to have some inconsistencies than what is pictured. The ball rod on my first order had threads all the way down the rod, which is different from the product pictures and ultimately the treads was causing the ball to move around a lot and caused leaks. The ball rod nut also had a crack in it, which I think was causing leaks as well. I purchased the product again just two weeks later and found the second one looked just like the listing images and fit much better and had no cracks. All seems to be well on the second go around and no leaks thus far.
