Where's the pork ? the small chunk of salt pork was always a treat. the can of b&m boston baked beans i opened today had none.

The pork May or may not be visible. Sometimes when the cans are heated, the pork fat dissolves/melts into the sauce. It isn’t that it wasn’t in the can, but it is no longer a separate piece.
