The only thing I dislike about this Caftan is the embroidery on the inside. While the threads are soft on the outside, the inside has a plastic like feel, therefore, it doesn't feel all that great on bare skin. It did shrink somewhat when I washed it, however it was big enough prior to washing that it still fits just fine. If it weren't for the inside embroidery threads, I would have given this 5 stars. Very comfortable and flows nicely.

I love the style and the fact that it is not hot. It did shrink a little in length the first time I washed it, but it was too long to start with (I am 5'3''), so that was OK. BUT after only 2 washings, the string at the top frayed so much I had to cut the whole thing off, and the seam at the neck is starting to fray.

I am chubby and fits nicely. I can wear this dress now and also when I lose weight. In the winter time I am going to layer it with a long sleeve shirt underneath and leggings. It’s a beautiful versatile dress.

This is a truly beautiful caftan, but I had to take away two stars because although the outside embroidery is nice and soft, the inside part of the embroidery is like plastic, stiff and very scratchy. I'm still keeping it because it looks beautiful. I may buy a second one with embroidery only on the top, as opposed to all along the front as the one I bought.UPDATE: I really tried to love and keep this caftan, but it is simply too scratchy to be worn comfortably. I have no choice but return it. Just because it looks beautiful is not a good enough reason to keep something so uncomfortable. Too bad!

I ordered this Caftan to wear around the house in Michigan in the winter the picture made it look a little thicker than it actually is. It is more like a bathing suit cover up than a Caftan to me. Its see threw and thin but I decided to keep it for a Caftan to wear in the summer time b/c its very pretty. I'm a 48 in the hips and this does fit me comfortably but I do believe when I wash it it's going to fit to snug so I will not dry it in the dryer.

I love the largeness of this dress.. put a rope belt or a silk ribbon around the waist and your off to a country summer shindig.Throw a jean jacket and some cute boots on on for a fun evening dress that just makes folks smile at your whimsy.I’m going to need a few more of these.. i’m pretty sure I’ll be wearing this so much this summer, I’ll need to stock up in between washes

Perfection. I'm 5'3" and this just lands above the ground. It's absolutely beautiful and is so comfy. I can't imagine a nicer item to wear during this time we are all at home. It's perfect in place of a robe.

I asked for a 100% cotton, and I received 100% polyester.

Def not worth the $40. Looks way better online than in person. Would have not bought if known. However, gave it one star BC merchant shipped fast and got here before expected date.
