The seller reached out and offered a refund or replacement. I appreciate prompt customer service and therefore am changing my review since my kiddo does enjoy the product. I would recommend it and if you have issues, reach out to their team! I am having a hard time figuring out how to rate this product, my toddler likes it but one of the clips wasn't sewn well and the buckle will definitely fall off. It doesn’t feel worth the time to try to return it and get a replacement. But it was expensive ($20) for the type of toy it is, so I was expecting it to be well made. I'm still trying to decide what I should do, if it wasn't for the buckle issue I'd give it 5 stars in all reality. For the price they need to do a better job of inspecting and quality control of the finished product prior to sending it out to the customers. Otherwise it is cute.
